Money would be tight, and they were generous always to help me which I am grateful for. I think I still hold the record for flat tires in a year! 24! Also the 24hr flat tire caper. “Have not been on a bike for years, where to start? Checked out a few bike shops, but when I stepped into Cycling Concepts, WOW. So many bikes to choose from, and Keith was wonderful. He asked questions to determine what type of riding I would be doing and found the perfect bike for me, could not have felt more comfortable on a bike, like was made for me. He got the frame size exactly correct, adjustments to seats etc. were spot on. I never felt pressured to purchase anything, and trying different bikes was no inconvenience for Keith. Although he did not have my perfect bike in correct frame size in shop, he sourced one out, said two weeks max, and to the day, picked up my new bike.
