He asked questions to determine what type of riding I would be doing and found the perfect bike for me, could not have felt more comfortable on a bike, like was made for me. He got the frame size exactly correct, adjustments to seats etc. were spot on. I never felt pressured to purchase anything, and trying different bikes was no inconvenience for Keith.
