Just bought some new all season tires, and I was impressed with the experience. I was helped by Hunter, Alex and Ryan; what an efficient team! Ryan walked me through the whole process and the team got new tires on my car with surprising speed. I did happen into the tire center with no other customers. It was great to see a team work with such professionalism and that takes pride in their work. If you need new tires, I would definitely recommend these folks!

Customer service was horrendous! They told us they'd call when our tire was in. They did not. Tried calling multiple times for 3 days and no one answered the phone. Finally my husband went there in person. One employee was sitting in the customer lounge on his phone and ignored him. Another one came in from the shop and greeted him in a manner that clearly displayed that my husband was inconveniencing him just by being there. Granted, my husband did not have the receipt but the employee gave him a real hard time about looking into it for him. Finally after some rude comments and grumbling the tire was located. Yes, it had been there and no one bothered to call us. They were so awful that my husband just took the tire and we had it installed elsewhere. I made a complaint to BJs customer service and a month later got a "sorry for your inconvenience" email from their general customer care even though they had originally told me that management from the Manchester location would call me to discuss it. No one did, no one cares. I will never return, I don't care if I pay more somewhat else. You get what you pay for, I guess.

I'm over 1,000 miles from home with a flat tire. I just needed to buy one. Man behind counter said he could not help me. I asked if he even sold tires, he said yes, but I have to buy 4. I went down the street, and they took care of me for the same price I would've been charged at BJs. What's the point of this membership!?

The actual club and food prices are great especially meat and veggies.The only reason this is a 3star is because the tire center is terrible. I'd give them 1 star. There never seems to be anyone there to answer the phone and when you go in your waiting until the tech is done servicing a car to help. Over my tire experience I wasted over two hours waiting on phones, or in store for the help. I also was told I could drop the car the night before only to be told by someone else it wasn't possible once I was there with the car. Then I had to go into the store to discuss that with the manager so they could give my keys to the staff in the morning. I saved about 100.00 over going to a town fair tire but with all the time waste and aggravation it wasn't worth it. If you don't value your time then go there.

So tired of the racism at this store . Standing in line their is always one idiot that thinks they are above waiting like the rest of the people and for some reason are allowed to walk out of the store without being checked like the rest of club members and for some reason even though the racist man checking reciepts watched him cut in front of everyone and walk out unchecked and smiled as he stopped my cart i said you didnt just see that guy ? He said not my problem

Don’t expect to get any kind of warranty at bjs, The worst tire center ever exist, I purchased tire with 60000 miles warranty, after driving 20000 miles, the tires reached 4/32 which means 70% of their age, bjs refuse to honor their warranty, so

For people that like to juice celery... I bought 4- 1lb bags of Bjs organic celery $3 a bag. Two or 2lbs bags yields only 12oz of juice! There are a lot of yellow leaves that I had to throw away to keep the juice from tasting extremely bitter. Even so the juice was still very bitter. At COSCO I buy 1 -2lb bag for under $6 and it yields 32 oz of juice and it is delicious. There really is no excuse for such a low standard grade of organic celery. People pay more for organic for its quality... and BJs celery is gross!

I typically only go to BJ's to get gas. You won't find a better price for gas than at BJ's. It was $2.95 yesterday, but it probably won't stay that way for long. Lines can be very long for gas. The hose is also long so, it doesn't matter which side the gas door is on your car, it will reach it.As far as the store itself goes, most items are in bulk and I don't need almost anything in bulk. I'll usually get milk, some fruit, not a lot. The wait at the deli is so slow, very slow. It makes me want to give up on everything in my cart.BJ's is a club. You must be a member to shop here. It is $25.00 if it's your first time joining the membership, or $55.00 if it's beyond that.If you have a need for bulk items for your family, it might be worth your time shopping here.

Really like BJ's but there deli is so slow. Got all my shopping done and still had to waiting It's been about 40 min. Complained to manager and they finally brought out a guy to help. He took care of 3 people to her 1. Then they brought out another women and she is quick but took the guy out. You can't make this stuff up. He finally came back but us doing call in orders.

All around bunch of really good guys. Customer Service is fantastic and they are incredibly communicative. Very glad I went here this time instead of town fair tire. Ordering my tires online was very easy and they were waiting for me to be installed at the location.

I personally like the selection of bakery goods, frozen foods, and snack items in bulk. The book section is very impressive. Quite a selection of book collection as well. Better buying deals on bulk items than Costco.

I would like to take the time to recognize the hard work and exceptional customer service of Jordan in the tire department. After getting a flat tire last week on my way to work, I immediately called BJs since I had purchased 4 tires less than six months ago and i knew there was some sort of repair/replace option. Jordan answered my call and knowing my concern driving on a problem issue, he was able to squeeze me in to the tight schedule that afternoon. Jordan was able to immediately find the problem that was deemed unrepairable-but thankfully covered under my warranty. While easing my nerves, he juggled his next scheduled appointment, multiple [impatient and entitled] propane customers, dealt with computer issues and handled many calls, in short, running the entire department by himself due to unforeseen short staffing, all while being courteous and checking in on every customer he multitasked with. After some system issues, he ordered my replacement tire and I was able to get it on in a timely manner on my lunch break four days later. I have worked in a retail environment for many years, and Jordan is truly and asset to your company and its customers.

This is a review of BJs curbside pickup. In a word, horrible. I ordered 5 items online for pickup at 2 pm. We get there at 2, expecting to see a number to call to announce our arrival. Nope. You have to download the BJs app. Glad I don't have a flip phone. I had already installed the app, so that wasn't an issue for me. My issue is that when I went to check in on the app, it says I didn't have an order ready for pickup. Turns out you can't tell them you are there until they get around to shopping your order. You ar to wait until you receive a text saying THEY are ready. Good to know who they prioritize. When we finally got the order 50 minutes late, we were told they were understaffed. How about a heads up that you're running behind? Nah, BJs don't care. Would be a nice service, if it worked.

Never pick up the phone so I bought elsewhere...Was trying to buy online and said price shown online would show up in cart which was free install. It didn't so I wanted to talk to someone. Called 3 different days at different times. Kept bouncing call back to operator who simply just kept sending me back to tire center extension and no one ever picks up.
