Our 85-year-old bathroom desperately needed a makeover, and I had never undertaken a remodeling project before. The staff at Custom Floors patiently and expertly took me through the entire process, with stunning results! Everyone at Custom Floors is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. Carolyn understood what I was looking for right away and led me through their gorgeous selection of tile to find the perfect combination of wall and floor tile for our bathroom and introduced me to the lovely idea of adding a niche in the shower. Leslie was incredibly supportive, helping me to fine-tune the plans right down to obtaining the beautiful Carrara marble threshold that I chose. Leslie and Mike took the time to explain the entire process to me and worked to schedule the job when it was convenient for our family.
The entire remodeling job went incredibly smoothly. Everyone who entered our home was an expert who treated it with respect. The demolition team was unbelievably tidy and took special care to leave our beautiful original tub unblemished. Greg did a great job of reframing the tub area to allow for new plumbing and created a custom niche for me. Then he proceeded on a masterful tiling job. My home is older and not everything is square or true, but he took on the difficult task with patience and expertise, and the results are gorgeous!
Throughout the process, Mike came by regularly to check on the job and interface with the team, including our plumber, and each phase progressed in a timely manner.
We could not be happier with our remodeling experience with Custom Floors. In fact, we had them return to replace the flooring in our den. Not surprisingly, the gentlemen who came to do the work were highly experienced professionals, and the floor looks beautiful. I could not recommend Custom Floors more enthusiastically!”
