I recently bought my second vehicle from Cars On Main and can I say the process has been very easy and stress free. Fatos communicated very well and kept me informed on all of the details regarding the vehicle. They went above and beyond to make sure that I was purchasing the vehicle of my dreams! You can tell that they are very honest and not hiding anything, unlike other used car dealerships. Fatos and his team are very friendly, responsive, and knowledgeable people. My vehicle was serviced and cleaned inside and out perfectly before I drove off the lot. He has a wide selection of vehicles on his lot and the prices are very reasonable. You will not regret purchasing a car from them.

This Dealership is first class, bought second car, I can't be any happier with them. I regularly go for my preventive maintenance there. Fatos and his crew are the best, Funny and very knowledgeable guys. Will allways work and support them.

I wouldn't recommend even my worst enemy to buy a car from this place. I bought a car for my son here; his first car. He was super excited. But the decision to buy a car here was our biggest mistake and proved to be an absolute nightmare that lasted 5 long months! Within 24 hrs. of buying our car, the check engine light came on. We were told to bring the car back to him and he'd fix it. We did that. We got the call to come and pick it up as "the car was fixed". So we made the trek back to Connecticut to pick the car up. Within 24 hours, the check engine light had come back on. Again we were told to bring the car back for repairs. This cycle repeated itself about 8 times. Each time the light came back on. After the first 3 times of having to bring the car all the way back (and we'll within 30 days of buying the car) I decided that I just wanted my money back because I didn't want to deal with this headache that cost us precious time and money each time, in addition to leaving us without a necessary mode of transportation. It was beyond frustrating and exhausting. Fatos, the owner, told us a refund was out of the question and that he was only legally responsible to continue being willing to fix the repair. My issue was that he was clearly unable to fix it and each failed attempt to fix it cost us valuable time and money and essentially left us without a vehicle that I was still required to make payments on. It took 4 and a half months to resolve the issue by putting in a new engine. During this entire time, my son was without a car, was unable to get a job without transportation and I was still making payments. Fatos agreed to make ONE car payment for us and did not provide any rental in the meantime. Then he decided to block my number and refused to answer any of my emails. He would only communicate with my ex-husband who is not the legal owner of the car and is not on any of the paperwork. This made finding a resolution extremely difficult to attain. I had to write a formal complaint with the better business bureau and a letter to the attorney general of Connecticut before any substantial action had been taken to truly resolve the issue. While I fully understand that even a reputable dealer could find himself in a similar situation of accidentally selling a car that has major mechanical issues he didn't know about, NOT every dealer is more concerned about lining his own pockets before screwing over his customer base. Even though in Connecticut, he was not legally obligated to purchase the car back from us as I had requested, he certainly could have. And if he didn't want to do that, he could have made my car payments for the five months since I was paying for a car I bought from him and didn't have. He could have lent us a car of his until he could fix ours. But he didn't. He totally screwed us over and only held up to his legal obligations, not his moral ones. He has zero integrity and I think he's a snake of a salesman.

I just bought a car from them about two weeks ago and am absolutely in love with it. I couldn’t of been happier with the service and how quick the whole process went. Usually i hate car dealerships because of how long it takes but this was different. i was a litte worried because i had to bring my son with me, as his daycare was closed, but they did absolutely great with him and he loved being there. with all the cars to choose from it was hard to choose only one. Will definitely go back in the future.

Bought a 2014 Chevy silverado last year though i was getting a good truck well now after replacing brakes that were shacking when coming to a stop, next both knock sensors need to be replaced , condensor for air conditioner went , the gas pump cannister rotted off fuel all over the place ,had to drop the gas tank to replace whole unit, and what a surprise the frame is rotted to not to mention the bed on the outer side of fender flares . Very disappointed with purchase i though they were trust worthy I was wrong .Motor Vehicle will be hearing about this and i might get a lawyer and call Sen Murphy and Blumenthal.

I visited 4 different dealers the day I bought my Honda Pilot. 3 out of 4 of them were pushy salesman with high and hidden rates. Cars on Main was the complete opposite. I would without question buy from here again

I had been looking for a specific Lexus and Cars On Main had the car I wanted. I went to the dealership and test drove the car and decided to purchase it. Fatos and Muhabi made the purchase process very easy. Muhabi was very patient and went above and beyond to be sure I was happy. Worst dealership EVER! I Bought a car for my son on 4/19/23 and the very next day the check engine light came on. We had to bring it all the way back for repair. Was told it was ready to pick up and the next morning, the light was on again. I told the dealer (Fatos) that I just wanted my money back but he told me that was not an option. Since then, the car has been in and out of the shop FIVE times! Each time the check engine light returns within a few miles to a few days later. Each time it’s at the mechanic, we are told the problem has been fixed and it is ready to be picked up. He will not provide a rental car for my son and will not issue a refund on the car. He “says” he’ll provide a rental, but then does not actually do it. He actually told me there would be a rental car ready to pick up on 6/16/23 at the Hyundai dealership in Manchester, Ct. and my daughter drove all the way there and they said Fatos had in fact not set up any car rental as he assured me that he would.I expressed my desire to return this lemon well within the 30days of buying it. I have this proof via text and email. My son is the victim here. He’s been left unable to work since he has no transportation and had to miss a few days of school also. We have the car in our possession now since two days ago we expected a rental car to be ready for us when we drove it all the way to the dealership to find that Fatos lied to us about having a rental ready. We had no choice but to turn around and go back home (losing 5 1/2 hours to futile driving!) with a car that has a glowing check engine light still on.Fatos is a coward. He will not return my calls or emails and will not make any effort to right this wrong. I have filed a formal complaint with the attorney generals office and the BBB. The next step is a lawsuit.All I am asking for is a full refund of my money for the car or for him to provide a rental car while he makes sure the car he sold me is fully fixed. That shouldn’t be too difficult a request to meet, but he refuses to do this, which is not only unprofessional but it is criminal. The law is very clear.While I understand that any car can have unexpected issues that the dealer likely didn’t even know about prior to selling, by default it becomes is the responsibility of the dealer to remedy the situation. NOT every salesman is a liar and a snake who shirks his responsibility, but FaTOs has certainly proved to be one. He’s a scoundrel and a thief who won’t even return a phone call or a text message after leaving us high and dry with his latest little stunt. Fatos, I recorded our 2nd to last conversation on the phone, the one where you said my daughter could pick up the rental car that would be waiting there for her… and that her being 20 would not present an issue… you Pathetic, lying little man.

Excellent customer service! They don't just care about selling a car and make the profit, they care about people finance and always find a way to help out. They have good and affordable prices cars. I had good experience with them and I will definitely recommend them.

Just bought my new car from here. Excellent service and amazing people. Ridvan and Fatos are very helpful and friendly. Ridvan was kind enough to drive and drop off the car to our house. Certainly going back for my next car and highly recommend.

I had an amazing experience with Fatos and Cars on Main during the search and eventual purchase of a Honda CRV. They worked with me on answering questions about the condition, ways to make a substantial down payment while financing the balance and the paperwork was a breeze. They made the transaction flawless. I visited multiple dealerships and test drove over half a dozen cars, but with the great quality and condition of the used cars and the excellent service, why go anywhere else? I highly recommend Cars on Main!

If I could give this dealership a 0 I would they gentleman is completely rude, refused to run our credit app because we don't have get credit even though there websit says works with bad credit. That is a complete lie. Said he couldn't get us approved even though a few months ago he ran our credit and told us he could work with us and the down-payment was just not in our budget at the time. We found the car on cargurus and we applied for financing thru cargurus and had a pre approval from Westlake, it clearly states this dealership works with Westlake however now the gentleman is saying they don't work with Westlake. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable I recommend nobody do business with this gentleman or dealership
