Went to the Buckland Hills location, have been there many times, and the customer service and help far surpasses many other similar stores. I enjoy going in there, the help is always there from them if needed.

Horrible customer service!! They just stand there chatting away when you are trying to get some help, no need to shop somewhere I'm not being acknowledged there for you lost a customer for this store! Holyoke Mall Champs is hands down the best customer service exceeded my expectations!!
