I got into an accident and my car towed to Charlie’s. The tow truck driver that arrived was very kind and helpful. When we went to pick up my belongings everyone we came into contact with was super nice and helpful. I would highly recommend them, they made a nightmare situation a bit easier.

Unsafe and aggressive driving. At least one employee is happy to tailgate women and dangerously swerve around them.

I of course had the worst luck with my car but the best luck with Charlie's towing! I called and they were thankfully able to send someone out so soon. I honestly forgot who I worked with but he was so nice ans walked me through everything cause I havent had to have my car towed before so you girl had questions! I would definitely recommend Charlie's towing for your car, not only are they nice to your car but to you! 13/10 would recommend 👌

My car won't start, had odd messages on dash display. Thought I needed a tow to the dealer. They arrived in less than 2 hours. Just needed a jump start. The 2 men who arrived were very nice, which was helpful when one is frustrated. They took a little off the quoted price as no tow was needed.

Very bad company rude to customers , don’t know how to communicate with people at all without being nasty and when asking questions cause you don’t know answer they can return in a very snotty manner worst tow company I ever dealt with in my life

Not sure why all the bad reviews, they charged me less than the towing company's that were closer. Also very professional and came in a timely manner. Highly recommend

These guys are top notch. I called for a tow an hour away and within 2 hours they were dropping my vehicle off. Very friendly and awesome customer service! After dealing with several tow companies, Charlie's towing was a breath of fresh air. Highly recommend!

Fantastic towing service. Called them up, gave them the location, said someone would be there in 20 minutes, he was wrong, they were there in 15 minutes! Tow driver was very friendly. Nice new towing rig too, not some sketchy rusty rig! Hope I don't have to call them again, but if I need to, I definitely will!

very quick and professional over the phone, but $125 for literally 3 miles is crazy in my personal opinion.
