Everyone at Cubesmart has been very helpful and kind. I ran into a tough situation while supporting a client who was renting a unit and the staff at CubeSmart was attentive and assisted me with a resolution. Special shout out to Colleen who helped finalize the details for me!!

Had trouble opening door. Latch is rusty and we had trouble getting it to the proper position. Same problem getting it closed. Otherwise all was good.

NO ONE there to show you where the storage unit is. NO ONE is ever there…You figure it out with a “map”. The outside isn’t labeled so like I said you figure it out. No hand carts or Dollie’s. $29 special is just in writing.

Very easy to do everything on line. Instructions were clear and everything worked as expected. The facility map showing exactly where the unit is was also easy. I had a signed contract with access to a unit in less than an hour. I love the convenience!
