I wish I could give ZERO stars
The customer service and treatment from these miserable over worked underpaid employees is out of this world. I do not recommend storing your belongings at this location. Corporate should really look into the quality of their employees, looks like they hire just anyone. When it comes to getting your initial business they’re bright and shiny, but when it comes to helping out with a real concern they’re absolute garbage. 0/0 👎🏽

Today I visited the Cube Smart on Adams Street in Manchester, CT. The team member on duty, Giovanni, was very knowledgeable and helpful. He explained all available options and the pricing plans. He asked about the amount of property that I intend to store. With that information, he advised me on my best choice to meet my needs. He gave me a tour of the property which is spotless and very well run and organized. I am very favorably impressed by Giovanni's professionalism and the obvious perfect choice of clean, climate controlled storage options for just about any need. Glad I stopped by and will be filling my space here soon. Check this business out before looking elsewhere!

Reserved and paid for unit on Adam st Manchester CT. I got an email receipt, unit number, code to enter building and also the complete lease. We went there how they are saying they have no unit for my mom etc… but you took my mom’s money. Called customer service they found it in the system and they said they don’t understand why Adam st can’t seem to find it and they have to same exact system. I thanked Justin and said please refund and cancel this unit we went to another storage company.

My wife and I stopped by to get pricing the other day and the women ( Sara) at the desk was Exceptional at explaining everything to both my wife and I. She really went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable with our decision and take time to explain the lease. We left happy and I wanted to provide positive feedback.

Accessibility is easy. Loading carts are always there when I walk in. Have never had a problem with anything! Staff was very accommodating when i wanted to move my stuff to a smaller unit. I would definitely recommend.

I had to store some stuff last minute, and I went in and spoke with Jennifer about my plan and she actually hooked me up with an EVEN BETTER plan. She showed me the unit and I was sold. She’s super helpful and she keeps the units super clean.
