Called an was told meds would be ready in an hour. Showed up 3 hours later to the drive through amd the short woman said there being processed. She's always in the window. I gave a frustrated look and left. 4 days later I came in to the store. The guys was busy with another customer so I waited. The drive through woman turned around, started to come help me, ( as they do when there's no cars) but them gave me a nasty look and stopped. I had to wait for the guy to finish. Even he looked at her like why didn't you help him. Disgusting behavior. Just have them ready in an hour like you said... Walgreens it is then for my next 30 years

So many problems- every single time- and they are very rude on top of being incompetent. Save yourself the time & trouble and don’t do business with these guys. Everyone makes mistakes but when they act annoyed with you while you are trying to correct THEIR MISTAKE, it makes it worse.

I just bought diapers but was given the hardest time by some very rude, chunky guy with brown hair, a beard and glasses working by the photo area in a white CVS shirt because i had rolled coins for part of my transaction. He claimed that CVS does not accept rolled coins as a matter of policy. Once i opened the first pack of coins and counted them out in front of him the policy magically changed and he took the rest of my rolled coins. This tells me that he is lazy and does not want to do his job. Hopefully a manager or higher up see's this and addresses the employee about his piss poor, and minimalist attitude. Other local CVS stores, like Vernon are much better with much nicer staff.

I’ve been going to this pharmacy for as long as I’ve been living in Manchester, 20+ years and I’ve noticed since the pandemic the customer service has greatly declined. There is a woman that answers the phone that is so rude. Not to mention they are constantly out of one of my meds every month. I went almost an entire month waiting for them to restock my meds..and yes..I’m currently waiting for yet another restock once again as I’m writing this. I like sticking to where I’m comfortable going but I’m definitely switching to another pharmacy. I don’t like dealing with rude people and I need those meds. I’m not taking these meds for fun, they are a necessity and THIS cvs and its employees just don’t care.

Every single time I come here, the yellow tag deals never, ever, work. I come in today to get 2 for 10 frozen pizzas, the tag details the exact product I wish to buy with the pinpoint description to differentiate it from a smaller size right next to it. I go to self checkout and it doesn't apply the deal even with my extra care card. I call the counter lady over and she says it's not in the system. We walk over to the fridge together and look at the tag, she keeps trying to tell me it's a different one when it blatantly describes the exact pizza I'm trying to get. The conversation was getting nowhere with this so I just put the pizzas back. Extremely frustrating encounter when I am just trying to save $5 on a deal. I don't appreciate being made to feel stupid or undermined because I'm on the younger side. Deal also said it expired 11/2 which has not come yet. Just constant issues with the deals at this CVS.

A rude female called and off the bat says CVS pharmacy what's ur DOB? I asked for her name 3 x before she says it. No hello I'm so and so. If this is the new environment over there they can kiss my business goodbye 👋 Horrible place.

I recommend CVS store at 241 Middle Turnpike Manchester CT to everyone. Their prices are affordable plus the coupons helps to bring the prices down. I absolutely enjoyed shopping in that store. Plus their staff in the pharmacy as well as at the front desk are friendly.

I needed help with filling one of my prescriptions and the people I spoke with were nasty and rude. Why? I do not know, I was respectful and courteous, I get that working at a pharmacy is a busy job but talk to people with a modicum of decency.

This review is solely for the manager named Jessica. She was so helpful when I needed to get my medication for my gallbladder removal surgery. Not only was she kind, she was patient and understanding. I wish everyone was compassionate as she is. Thank you Jessica!

I would give this place negative stars if I could. I have never encountered a business as horribly run in my life, let alone a pharmacy. It's been 2 weeks trying to get my non-scheduled, normal prescription with them, and all I get are 30 minutes of hold time, rudeness, and runarounds. Last time I was in, a woman in front of me had a similar experience, but with her heart medication, which is literally life or death. The one great pharmacist I interacted with was a floater, so she's not even at that location.They filled a part of my script instead of getting a prior auth, which I wasn't aware of, messing everything up for this current refill, and instead of working to correct it, I have to do everything. I called a different CVS and they're handling it like a proper pharmacy is supposed to. I'm honestly baffled and dumbfounded at the level of incompetence this establishment displays, and it's in an industry where life and death is on the line. The State really needs to audit this place.
