Only downside is the self checkout froze again. This is the second time within a month, but the cashier was great, and very knowledgeable and he helped me right away.

I never have any issues with staff here at the store part, but today the cashier staff was rude and judgemental. Pharmacy staff i have dealt with are either hot or cold. I understand you may be short staffed but still.
The store manager is great!!!

This is a convenient CVS near me that I frequently use. There are a few things to note:
Staff aside from the manager are helpful and they seem to care about patrons. The manager was incredibly rude and sarcastic in the couple interactions I had with her. Some customer service training would go a long way here. The pharmacy does close for lunch which is odd. Unless there is a staffing issue, this is an easy solve by staggering lunches. I hope things improve here, it's sad to see such a once nice branch suffering from poor leadership.

very rude employee told me to “get out of the store” because there was 10 minutes left to close, like I get it but at least be nice about it. Employees should be educated on their costumer service skills.

The pharmacy at this location closes for 1/2 hour for lunch from 1:30 - 2:00 p.m. rather than having the staff take turns eating lunch. This is very inconvenient and does not put the customer first.

Drive through is horrible. Makes no sence how slow they are and it’s all the time .

They never have the PediaSure ready for my son. We get the same thing every month. Five crates. If you know it's coming why don't you ever have it ordered? I go through an insane process every month just to get a little PediaSure I barely ever get the full amount at once.

You guys say that yall hiring, but whenever I try to fill out an application and I do the test and pass it , then I try to get in contact with the hiring manager , she gives me an attitude. What did I do to deserve this ?
