You guys say that yall hiring, but whenever I try to fill out an application and I do the test and pass it , then I try to get in contact with the hiring manager , she gives me an attitude. What did I do to deserve this ?

This location advertises they are a UPS access point and has the ability to ship UPS packages. However upon bringing packages here I was told they don’t accept packages, they just advertise they do to get people in the door. A better business bureau (BBB) report has been filed along with a complaint to the attorney general’s office consumer fraud commission. Good luck CVS!

Pharmacist and the technician at drop off were helpful. The script was filled in a timely manner. However the technician at pick up had an attitude. I'll be switching to a privately owned pharmacy if I'm going to be glared at and rushed at CVS.

Tried to use my OTC but only the self checkout was available. No one was at the real register for 10 min, I could have walked out without paying. I don’t think anyone was actually work there.
Next time I’ll go to a different branch!

Decent store to get different types of stuff. Food, cosmetics and they have a pharmacy with a drive through.

Let me start by saying I have been a customer at CVS for over 45 years.I have never had a problem UNTIL April 11,2024.I went to get 2 money orders.The cashier accidently put it on 1.It was an honest mistake she was very professional and apologized for her mistake and called over who was supposed to be a manager but could not rectify the problem so I asked her why she couldn't just print 2 money orders and let me go on my way. Well apaertly she told me why but I have hearing loss in my left ear so when I asked again she raised her voice to me and said I ALREADY TOLD YOU WHY!!!!That is when I got really upset to be talked to to in that tone.Then another Manager came up she couldn't rectify the problem either. so I took my 1 money order and left totally disgusted with the total lack of respect and unprofessional actions of management. Especially the manager with the died pink hair if she was my employee and spoke to a customer in that tone she would be fired!

The pharmacy here lacks customer service skills! They’re extremely rude. I’ve never had any issues with CVS till here. They take forever to refill prescriptions and don’t answer your questions thoroughly. Please go to any other pharmacy. They’re not worth the frustration.

Pharmacy customer service is non-existent. They pretend you’re not even there, and move like sloths when they finally have to acknowledge you’ve been standing there forever and need assistance. They act like you are inconveniencing them with your presence and need for service. Better off going to Walgreens on the corner of Main and West Middle. In and out in a fraction of the time without the gross attitude.

Again CVS insisted to be un responsibility, I received message & voicemail from the pharmacy say my prescription is ready to pick upI went to pick up, surprise there is nothing, what kind of pharmacy is that?!?!?
