Called night before to discuss haveing tire mounted on rim. I was in formed by Evan that sure I could wait for mounting due to the fact I was traveling 30 miles to store . Next morning I was told could not wait for wheel and could not even start on rim until another associate came in around 12 /100 pm. This will more than likely be my last purchase for tire from cycle gear. I have had issues with prior visits for tire replacement . I believe I will definitely think twice before purchasing another tire from cycle gear.
