DICK'S Sporting Goods is a large store that can be very big and spacious, well-organized, clean, sparkly, and new. Some locations are bright with helpful signs. The staff is often friendly, helpful, and can provide exceptional service, with employees going above and beyond. In some instances, there is plenty of staff, resulting in no wait for assistance. However, the store sometimes operates on a lean model with very few employees on the floor, making it difficult to find help. Customers may have to wait a long time for service, especially for items like shoes where assistance is needed. The store can also become extremely crowded. While the selection is good, some specific items may not be carried. The new location is in a plaza and can be a little tricky to find, requiring navigation around other buildings to access the storefront.
New stores d I must say it is really nice. I think the new store is well organized and clean. The store in the mall was so tight and I felt cluttered. However, this store is nice and spacious. The staff was also helpful in several departments. I would definitely go back because who doesn't love Dick's
