Manchester CT store is embarrassing! I walked around for what felt like forever and NO Employees in site to offer assistance!! I pushed the button to use the fitting room to try on some clothes, but NOBODY EVER SHOWED UP! I then proceeded to the footwear department to try on my sweatshirts, only to see TWO (male and female) employees there just looking at their phones not caring about ANY paying customers. I will never shop there again. Customers will not put up with this shopping experience and hopefully put this store out of business.

Came here looking for a high impact sports bra and there are zero found here. I am a 34DDD- 36DD I am 5 feet tall. It is so hard to find sports bra with support. This store only has low support and a few medium support. I was waiting for help but nobody was available. The store in my opinion is confusing with the layout. Women’s is all over the place very overwhelming I had to walk around 5 times to make sure I didn’t miss a thing. Waste of time for an athletic store I was shock not to find high impact sports bras. I was going to buy a coat but I was so annoyed not finding a bra that I dropped everything and left.

Their bike service is extremely slow.
I gave them a bike to repair, and the person told me he would call me in a week to give me a quote. After eight days, he did not even touch the bike. When I asked to have my bike, I noticed he comes to the store two days per week and is not fully assigned to the bike section.
If your bike needs a repair, find local stores.
A local store gave me the quote in less than five minutes.
My review is only related to the bike repair department.
@Store Manager, if you want to have a higher rate and income for the store, please have a better overview of the activities. Good luck.

Be wary of prices in this store. Both items I brought up to the register for purchase rang up for more money than advertised and labeled. Friendly staff, poor business etiquette.

I went for some fishing gear. The store was a mess and the inventory was basically garbage. I can't speak to the rest of the store, but this department definitely needs help.
Also, cannot speak about customer service As the only associates I saw working were at the cash registers.

These stores are so big but I guess they operate on some lean model .. you can hardly see any one on the floor who could help you. We walked in and couldn’t find no one to help for the first 6 to 7 mins or so.. then had to walk up to the counter to find someone who then directed us to wait and someone would come and help. After some time a lady came out to help us along with few others. As she was only one around to help customers. So wait was very long to get the shoes we were looking for. Though they don’t carry the Nike shoes like vapor fly but were lucky enough to try one as may be some one might have returned in store. Wish there were more people to help. As a customer you definitely need help with shoes more than clothes.

Absurd customer service, tried to return a shoe within the return period shoe is in excellent condition. they (customer service manager and store manager both) made me feel like a shoe thief because I was trying to return a shoe, saying that I’m trying to rent shoes and return them, first and last experience with this Manchester store and probably the whole brand.Be careful where you spend your hundreds of dollars people. You might get accused of being a thief for returning a subpar product sold to you by a subpar store.
