The most horrible service. I simply asked for a bathroom as I just had Mexican. (Void the thought) I was told thr bathrooms are both out of order. I was like ok... so I was like let me hurry up and grab some stuff.This lady proceeds to follow me in EVERY isle I went to like I was going to steal from the store. I felt so uncomfortable I literally left my cart in the middle of the isle and walked out.I am from Massachusetts visiting Manchester and that service was ridiculous. Don't treat people like that.

Would/could NOT provide a receipt after I paid for an Amazon gift card. Belligerent manager. Will never shop at any Dollar General again.

Unbelievably rude staff makes me not want to go to any dollar general at all literally got additude for not wanting to use self checkout after waiting ten minutes for someone to even show up to the counter.NEVER GO HERE!!!

The staff it's ok but is not the FIRST TIME WHEN I SEE THE ASSIST MANGR. ACTING OUT.I THING SHE NEEDS SOME GOOD MANERERS TRAINING (IF SHE EVER HEARD ABOUT GOOD MANERS).SHE IS VERY INTIMIDATING TALKING LOUD .I FEEL SORRY FOR THOUSE WORKING WITH HER.TOO BAD

On Sunday I went with my son, it's the closest I like the location. And the remodeling that they try to do, but one does not appreciate any of the merchandise because there are many carts of merchandise in the aisles where one is supposed to enter to look at that aisle, yesterday I had the bad time waiting for this cashier with completely orange hair She couldn't stand up and she was alone at the checkout and there were no more people, the long lines, they need professional and friendly staff and the aisles to be stocked. I had never made a comment but this store is located in a good place.

Common lately at the Dollar General, for rude behavior and bad customer service towards their costumers in the Manchester, sad because the beginner employees in some of them were good. People would be more willing to go if they had better customer service.

Horrible store. Dirty and disorganized. Staff is lazy and rude, and spends more time playing on their phones than working. The other Dollar General down the street is far better.
