The deals that are displayed cannot be found on the DG app ever! Damaged products on shelves. Employees are FaceTiming while cashing out customers. My bf bought a product that rang up higher than the listed price. I told him he can go back and get a refund/first one is free. Guy only refunded him and charged him for correct amount…. It’s literally a consumer LAW that the first one is free if this happens. This store is very poorly managed.

Customer service is o.k. The management needs to be professional. The store is becoming less organized.

For a store thats fairly new, not impressed. It just feels like an old outdated store. No one was friendly. Cashier literally was on a FaceTime call while cashing out customers.

It says online you are open until 10pm but I got there at 9:40pm and your doors were locked. Do you normally close 20 min prior?
