Poor management. Not only are some employees very rude 1 of their managers was very rude and didn't know what he was doing while being on the register. Store is filthy all the time and shelves are always empty. They need more hours for more help. It went downhill bad in the past 3 years as I use to work there and is wasn't this bad and the only nice hard working manager got fired. This place is trash now ild suggest any other dollar tree then the one in the stop n shop parkade

Ordered 16 helium balloons in person ahead of time. Went in to pick them up today and no one knew what I was talking about. Had to wait for the balloons to be blown up and 5 of them were out of stock… bad experience.

The awesome product fell and some got in my eye and customer told cashier and she did nothing. I ran to find my own water and asked employees for help and she told me to go up front and talk to a manager. I ran to my car and flushed my eye out with water I had. I felt this staff was very rude. I will never go back to this store

Always an awful experience. Went today to get graduation balloons. The staff member was extremely annoyed and rude and when I asked about graduation balloons (I didn't see any) he goes "they sold out two days ago, that ship has sailed" and walked away... The east center street location will now always be my go to.

You walk in and they have a boom box blaring really loud music. Some guys are on the microphone making all kinds of noises. The shelves are empty. Go elsewhere. It's a waste of your time.

The store is suppose to open at 9 am and it is still not open.. I was there for an hour and had to leave because it did not look like it was going to open anytime soon!

 if you walk to the store greet the cashier With the best attitude … And ask for the item that you see but is behind the register and you want to buy it, after you made time⏰ the line. And the cashier deny that they have it because she doesn’t want to walk to the Items and give it to you is it fair to make the line again ?? because you had to wait into she decided when or if she what give it to you ??♀️ I don’t think so and they get mad because you said something. I understand like it be frustrating to have a job with customers service, this job is not for everyone so if you don’t like it and you are that miserable I guess you and the wrong place sweetheart.

Dollar Tree, one of the final stores with the word “dollar” in its name, that used this term CORRECTLY. Dollar General is a waste of time, space and resources. Why go to any “dollar store” that no longer respects the meaning behind the name?!?
