The store is well stocked most of the times but it gets messy with products strewn around towards the back of the store. I think it’s not just a staff issue, it’s also the shoppers will pull stuff off the shelves but won’t put it back in place. It’s in a good location and gets a lot of foot fall so there’s a line at the register most of the times.

Went to the dollar store in the morning.My mom took some stuffs in mid September ,and she wanted to return it.As when we got the things one of the stuff memeber told us that we can turn within 90 days.Today the customer service person told us that they can’t do refund only exchange and she needs to talk to her manager.Ok this manger who came is so like she was so rude since beginning as of like we made such a big mistake.she was talking to us rudely when we were polite to her all the time.The we said we don’t need refund just the exchange and we took some more things.
I am regular to dollar store but this Manchester buckland hills dollar store staffs spoke to us so unpleasantly that I never faced before in other DS.
Rude behaviour of the staff as if we are bothering them.!!!

The store has alot to offer, but a bit unorganized. With a little searching I found everything I was looking for and more. Would like it a little cleaner . The staff was very unpleasant to even talk too, I felt like I was bothering them. They were rude at the check out too. I do love there prices so I will be going back since I do have birthday party's to plan for. I just wish they would give it a little clean up in organizing and staffing and I think it would be a well profitable store.

I was there today morning, the usual dollar tree look.. everything was fine until I went to the checkout. The person at check out named Patrick, was friendly to the guy in front of me. I walked up said “good morning how are you?” No reply. I thought he dint hear me.. I accidentally put an item in the cart I dint want so I asked him to take it out he fuzzed about it but did it anyways. I paid and said “thank you have a good day” no reply again. When I walked out I caught him talking to himself irritated about me.. then the next lady walked up and and guess what he was friendly again 🤷♀️ rude dude. Tried to call the store and talk to the manager, guess what the store phone number doesn’t work. Never going to this DT again.

I had very bad experience during checkout (June 2nd, time 1:30 pm). There was a lady at the cashier and she was being very rude to me as I asked her to remove one of the scanned items. She rudely said that I had to remove things earlier before it was scanned. I was stunned and said sorry couple of times. But still she showed harsh attitude to me and took out all the stuffs from the bag. After checkout when I asked for the paper bag, it seemed like she threw the paper bag toward me. Just speechless!!!!!

I shop Dollar Tree on a regular basis because of its convenience and amazing inventory. I always find unexpected treasures. Some name brand and some things that you need without going to a big store. Although it's busy most of the time the cashiers are always kind , helpful and patient . I recently tried the Millie's Sipping Broth Delight Pho. It comes with 3 packets. It has the resemblance of a teabag. It has the amazing flavors of Pho without the noodles.. You do have the option of adding noodles if you like. Anything that I like I share with my coworkers. They loved it too! One of my coworkers found it on Amazon and ordered a box for herself. I got mine at more of a bargain without having to Oder on line and pay shipping cost. I highly recommend trying this sipping broth . You will love the flavor and sip it like tea!

My wife was the extremely aggressive employee today, with a bad attitude towards customers, a disgusting unpleasant attitude apart from the fact that the store is the same way, a lady at the cash register who makes life impossible for the customers and even more so if they are Hispanics, really unpleasant buy in that store

9:00 am 10/31/23All I heard as I was shopping was the rude manager yelling at the workers. Extremely unprofessional. Isn’t that is why you hold staff meetings. That manager obviously thinks that she’s above her staff. Unacceptable behavior!!!

Very well stocked especially for Halloween and starting on ChristmasI was totally impressed by the manager!She was involved with customers - helping them find things, taking things down, and being so helpful and kindI have been in many dollar trees but this one is so clean and organized!!!The employees were all working stocking and cooperating with the managerGreat job!!!!

The most rudest store in the whole entire world. They take out more money out of your checking account than what they say. The management is disrespectful and nasty.
