Order something online and went to pick it up on Saturday 12/8. Order wasn’t ready so the cashier sent me to look for it myself. I tried to get help from one of the girls while looking for it and she avoided me. I will never shop here again.

This rating is only about the customer service I received today. Went in to purchase new shoes (great selection, clean and organized) and when I went to check out the young girl at the checkout counter barley said hello and took a phone call on her personal cell phone during the transaction. After being in customer service for almost 10 years I was shocked to witness this. Not sure if the employee needs to be re-trained or reminded that personal calls are to be taken on breaks, etc. If I was the manger I would want to know about this, only purpose for this review. Will be going to other dsw in the future even though I live in the town over.

Like the assortment of shoes offered at DSW. Most times I can find something there, but didn't see anything that called to me this time around!
