My doctor’s office took some specimens on June 17. They were sent to the hospital here for testing. The lab didn’t do what they were supposed to resulting in new orders being sent to the hospital this afternoon. I called scheduling to confirm they received the orders, they stated yes to come in right away they were open until 6 o’clock. I got to the hospital at 4:55 and the lab door was locked. I knocked on the door nobody answered and the security guard informed me that she would probably be closing early today. The lab technician walked out and I explain to her that there was a mistake, that I was waiting to find out if I had abnormal cancer cells and could you please open the lab back up so the test could be wrong again. She stated she couldn’t help me, she was done for the day, turned around and walked away. I will be speaking to the administration about this tomorrow. What has this world come to??

They charge you for the covid test. Even CVS or Walgreens don’t have to paid for that. $62 dollar is not worth it the service they provide to you. Result it’s difficult to check. ECHN portal is very bad. I need to call to them almost 10 times to get the result. Also my mom needs to went to the hospital to get the result for 3 times. The ECHN portal is hopeless. Don’t use the ECHN service!

The er dr was completely unprofessional .no dr Has the right to yell and Belittle a patient just because they didn’t get vaccinated and got Covid.

Just left MMH: after over 30 years of using MNH for colonoscopies, blood work , and my wife delivering our three children there......I’ll never go there again! I registered the last time I had blood drawn .... they wanted me to register again (basically join another line) . The people who work there are great! The administration in my opinion is stupid!! I’ll go to Evergreen from now and have my blood drawn at a private facility.

Fire your billing department and lower your OUTRAGEOUS FEES. Having 2 billing departments for 1 visit is not okay.South Windsor Urgent Care.

You've got an employee who is an RN and is leaving some nasty comments on Instagram making fun of people for having been drug/alcohol addicts in the past. I've got screenshots. I really hope you don't employ people who would talk to former addicts like that, when she took a Hippocratic oath to CARE for people regardless of their past. It was not hard to find her on Facebook and track down her place of work. I personally wouldn't want that associated with my Hospital, if I ran one. I won't publically blast her name and profile, but I am sharing the comment.

Clerical aspect is tree sloth and FYI smiling won't take up anymore time. Phlebotomist seem efficient and friendly.
