I came in thinking I had flex pipe problem because of the noise but when the technician went to take a look he tells me that in new spring bolt kit and a donut gasket and proceed telling me that its going to cost 275. I was shocked by the price and I had a gut feeling I should get a second opinion. So I took it to my master mechanic and he told me that all I needed was a flex pipe which he fixed for 60 dollars, I just didn't want to travel 30mins. If you come to this establishment always get a second opinion, they just tried to stiff me for 215 dollars.

Took pictures of my dash board no check engine lights,,, come bad to retrieve car started it up missing relay to anti lock brake, and to o2 sensors changed out for older 1s different brands wtf in pissed daily driver had car in 2 different shops had no issues until them. Over heared conversation didn't think its about me

Went there for a free exhaust check. Just needed 2 small pieces. Recommended getting them from the dealer.only charged me 120 for labor. The prices are higher than it used to be.

This is the worst shop in Hartford they are crooks they quoted me one price and the next day the price was something else they did half a job n then lied n acted as if we were never there I will definitely be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau Officials imideately drinking n smoking while on the job very unprofessional

It's unfortunate bc Steve the owner is so kind and fair. I really appreciate him but his daughter at the front desk needs a lesson in manners and customer service. Something is very wrong with her. She seems angry that I am waiting to pay. She never acknowledgedes me, rather has me wait standing in silence for 10 mins. She began laughing at me when I asked for service. She is a whole other level of rude, w/ bad service she clearly has a ghetto attitude. She is clearly upset her father shows my beautiful brown self favor. It's juvenile and bad for business in the end she's only hurting her father's business by disrespecting a loyal customer. Who will now find a place that can service my needs AND respect me. This little girl is just that acting as the little girl she is, and not a mature professional. Other than her ugly acting self it's a cool black owned business. But her negative behavior brings the rating ALL the way down to a 1. She is a nasty female
