The hours are convenient but the people who work in the store are super rude. I have to ship a lot of things for work so unfortunately I'll continue to use the location.

I have been this place a few times and overall the staff here are friendly, helpful, and I really like their new drop off box which really skip the line and I learned it from one staff when I dropped off a return. This time, my return label is too big to fit the package, the staff helped me shrink it and also taped it. I wished I noticed their name. But I have very nice experience here.

I visited this location and paid for overnight delivery after being assured that, by paying a significantly higher fee, the package would be delivered by 10 AM the next day. However, the package did not arrive until two days later. When I returned to inquire, I was told it was always going to take two days — contradicting what was originally promised.
This feels intentionally misleading, as I was persuaded to pay extra for a service they clearly could not fulfill. It’s extremely disappointing and unacceptable.

This my second time using fed ex for printing and the first time it was such a pleasant experience I was like regardless of the cost I’d use them again. I ended up moving two cities over and went in today for a small job. Lol sometimes you get a read off people from the initial reaction. There was no “hi, hello” and the vibe was just off, almost like me walking in interfered with their work day. I go to describe I had an issue utilizing the online feature stating I could not choose my pages I needed specifically, and both associates was like “yes you can”, “you can choose 2,4,10, etc” so I’m like ok, I’d like to give it a go here. They send me to the printer however while attempting to pull my file I explained I needed to have specific paper. The woman who helped me said “ok” but started slamming the mouse, almost rolling her eyes (the polite way if you can visualize it) shuffling things around all irritated. Like uh I completely understand that holidays can be busy, it was just me in the store I’m patient if you needed to keep putting labels on the boxes to be more pleasant you could have done that. I hated how I felt even standing there with all that negativity but it’s cool, I don’t mind driving the two cities over from mine to get the first experience I had in the West Hartford location. It’s bad enough there was CLEARLY a plumbing issue going on and I took the stench like a champ without complaining but that nasty tude from them both was insanely unnecessary!

Dear FedEx Customer Service Team,
I am writing to express my concern regarding the service I received at the FedEx office located at 179 Deming St Ste C, Manchester, CT 06042.
During my visit, I encountered two employees whose behavior was notably unprofessional.
One who was serving me was too aggressive when taking and helping out with available options to ship. The next person was trying to cover her behavior in an unprofessional manner.
There was only one senior person who is a kind hearted,but se got overriden by the second person when she tried to help.
They appeared visibly annoyed, rolling their eyes when customers, including myself, asked questions or sought clarity. Additionally, they ignored requests for assistance, which significantly impacted the service experience.
I have observed similar behavior during previous visits, and I have heard from other customers who have had comparable experiences and was able to see negative reviews on similar behavior at other customers.
This lack of customer service is likely to affect FedEx’s reputation and could result in a loss of business, especially at such a busy location.
I recommend that FedEx considers providing these employees with additional training focused on customer service to ensure a more positive experience for all customers.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
As a result of this, we are moving our regular shipping needs away from this place.

Store manager was very helpful and I am impressed with fedex
