Great experience all around! Firestone was able to take my Dodge Ram 2500 in for an emergency service on a Saturday afternoon and it was all fixed the following Sunday. On top of that pricing was more than fair.

Managers is unprofessional. Steve should me the store manager. Be careful taking your hybrid cars at this location. I still have problems with my van. Technician left oil cap open and doesn’t take responsibility. Do not leave your car unattended. Keep an eye on your vehicle.

This place rocks! At the very end of the day, Friday nonetheless, my tire blew before a long journey home. This place was my last resort and I wa so lucky to have received such a helpful, kind assistance despite it being fully booked that night. Huge shoutout to Passion who answered my call and made my entire weekend. Kudos to Firestone for their stellar customer service.

What a rip-off, they don't deserve a single star!! $1200 and they didn't fix anything, keep lying to my face about what the actual problem is, and when we were told to bring it back, they didn't even have parts to fix the problem, they apparently can't even listen to what the customer told them is the problem, or Google the problem either. They must have seen there was a bit over $1200 on the Firestone card and decided to take all of it regardless of fixing anything. What they did; flush the heater core, change one radiator hose to the engine not both, run a diagnostic, does not add up to $1200 anywhere else, and you can't get a price for any of this from their site, the only thing they will price out online are tires, you have to bring it in for everything not tire related and get a price that way, and hope they don't lie to your face about what the problem actually is. Why he decided to chase a radiator leak that didn't exist in the engine bay even though we never said there was a leak in the engine bay to begin with, I don't know. The, current, 'Service Manager' Steve O'Brien has a real knack to talk politely while being condescending and pompous at the same time.
We brought the vehicle in because the blend door actuator linkage broke, we heard it crack and break, told them there was hot air until the linkage broke and they decided to flush the heater core, change a hose and when they couldn't actually get hot air, kept it overnight and said it was blowing hot air the next day and we could pick it up. No one should be surprised there was NO HOT AIR! This guy claims he felt hot air from it but when I picked it up, there was not even warm air because they didn't fix the actuator linkage, the part that turns the blend door to the heater side. They even said they manually pushed the blend door to the heat side, which is probably how he felt heat, and in the spring we could bring it back so they can push it to the A/C side, how utterly unprofessional. When we called back they claimed, again, he felt hot air, I'm guessing that would be the lie he's telling me, and we could bring it back Sunday and they would fix it. Well its Sunday, and they don't have any parts to fix the problem, the problem we keep telling them about, the actuator linkage. They are running another diagnostic, which said the actuator is fine, it can't check the actuator linkage because it's a plastic part. Instead, this guy is trying to say the 'heat box' needs to be changed, I'm guessing he's trying to say the whole unit the heater core is in, and that's going to fix the problem. Instead of fixing one broken plastic part, the part that connects the actuator motor to the blend door of the 'heater box', they want to put in an entire heater assembly, which they don't even have here on Sunday, they day they told us to come back. I'm going to guess there's not enough money, for him, in changing one small broken piece of plastic when you can charge thousands to change out the entire heater assembly. Instead, they stick some hand tool in the blend door to keep it stuck on the heat side, so there's heat at least.
Is it company policy to not listen to anyone and decide you know everything and how to fix it, even when you didn't and won't unless they can get more money out of us, even when they didn't actually address the problem we specifically told them in the first place? Why was this guy chasing a radiator leak when we told him we wanted the actuator linkage fixed? Why does the invoice claim 'No other coolant leaks found at time of service' when they were told the heater core had a leak and you can visibly see the coolant film on the windshield, that he wouldn't even turn his head to look at it, and was made worse by flushing the heater core? Why is it, Steve won't listen to the customer but will absolutely say something is leaking when it wasn't because that

The customer service had the feel of a mom and pop shop. Staff treated customers with respect and concern. The manager Chris was especially impressive with his interactions with staff. He’s a good manager that cares for their well being and always expressed appreciation to them as well as vendors when having to get customers what they need. And they actually pick up their phone and don’t leave you on hold forever!

I went to the Manchester CT location for two new tires and an alignment. I spoke to the manager, Chris, the day before my appointment, and he added the details of my appointment to the system. When I arrived, the service rep, Steve, knew I wanted two new tires, so I assumed he knew about the alignment. I also asked him to add the $10 care package and to check why my heat isn't working as well as it should. I thought checking the heat would be part of the care package, but I was charged $30 for it. I was disappointed that Steve didn't tell me at the time that it was an additional charge. A different rep came out after a while to update me. He explained about the heat, but he also claimed that the person who drove my car into the bay heard a 'rattling', and he recommended that they pull my engine to check for dead vermin! What a crock! I am very attuned to my vehicle, which I have owned for 7 years. I always take excellent care of my vehicles, and this particular one has NEVER had a 'rattling' sound. I proved it after I left by driving very slowly out of the parking lot. No noise whatsoever. Anyway, back to my services. When my vehicle was ready, Steve called me up, and I asked him to let me review the charges before ringing me out. I checked the charges because at a past appointment, the Norwich location added a 3 year alignment service cost to my bill without my permission. I discovered the extra charge for checking the heat as previously mentioned and that there was no charge for an alignment! When I asked about, he said, 'I can only charge you for what you ask for. Do you want an alignment?' So, let's recap:
1. You dont tell me there's an extra charge for checking my heat.
2. You want to pull my engine to look for vermin bones.
3. You don't ask if I want an alignment even though I just had two new tires put on.
I was really wondering if they were messing with me. It is so sad that the mechanics/reps at this company are always trying to take advantage. I am educated about vehicles because I have been dealing with mechanics shenanigans since I got my first car about 42 years ago. I know when a mechanic is bullsh****g me. In the end, the cost was about $30 more than the manager quoted me. I tested the tires when I left by driving irratically in an empty parking lot. All good. I'm not sure if I'll go back to this location in the future. If you go to any Firestone location, make sure you know what you need, LOOK at the estimate on their screen before and after the work to make sure you are getting billed for services you requested. Ladies, educate yourselves so no mechanic can take advantage of you.

Took my car in for a wheel alignment after replacing the suspension. The job took an hour and a half, about twice as long as normal and when it was done the guy tried to tell me the new suspension had to be aligned 4x to get a good result. I’ve been working on cars for 15+ years so I know that’s not true at all. The place could use better management and better transparency.
