I was at this location on Saturday 10/19/24. This place was a hot mess! It looked like Hurricane Milton blew through it. I only saw one employee, who was the cashier. I asked her if she was the only one, she said yes. I also found out she was the manager...yes. She was hoping that her 4 pm employee would show up. How sad.
Excuse me but how about some of the corporate people showing up to help her out? I can almost bet that she had asked for help but got none.
The only reason I gave a 3 star is because even though she was the only person working in this busy store she was calm, cool and very professional. Bravo to this gal!

Five Below is open Monday-Saturday 10am-9pm and Sunday 10am-8pm. I like to buy their journals at five below, and I also like their self checkout.

This five below has a lot, including many items that are part of the product line "five beyond." They are usually very organized but some shelves do have broken items or items that individuals most likely stole certain parts of. They used to have self checkout as well, but I think they closed them all, so sometimes the wait in line is long.

5 below is really stepping their cool stuff game up; Staff were friendly and store was clean (as it can be for holidays, but i have been a couple times and its always pretty tidy!!)For the picture i only got gloomy bear there! It was 5 dollars and absolutely worth it <3

it’s self checkout…so why are the employees taking your items and scanning them for you… on top of that giving themselves a 9 on the “how helpful were the employees” question… your job does not pay you that much for you to be acting like that bffr
