“I posted a 1 star review earlier today for this florist stating that the flowers were not delivered. This was a mistake on my part. I am a technical support manager with employees spread out throughout the country (we all work remotely). I had 2 employees experience deaths in the family within the same week and ordered flowers for both. The flowers ordered from this florist WERE delivered and were much appreciated by the family. It was the OTHER florist (in another state) that did not deliver. I am attempting to remove the incorrectly posted bad review but please do not allow it to discourage you from using this florist. She was incredibly gracious when calling to inquire as to why I had given the bad review, even after I realized the mistake I had made.”

I was able to find the same one but bigger and Victor was such a delight ! Answered all of my questions was super helpful and set up the bonsai so beautifully exceeded my expectations.
