I have had multiple horrible experiences with this store. The workers are so incredibly rude. 12/28 1:00 pm I come in to quickly buy a gift. Of course they ask for my email as most stores do. (Mine is incredibly long) I say no thank you as I do to other stores. This location I constantly get a rude interaction once I do. These girls have no class when it comes to this. Will not be returning.

Sign Says entire store that’s a lie my sister picked up pants on that rack with the sign and they were I guess excluded that’s false advertising to get you in the store I don’t advise shopping there and the lady’s at the register had a horrible attitude

I gave this place 2 stars instead of 1 because the stock is comparable or better than other locations, however, when my wife went in last night (2024 03 02) to make a purchase, the young lady at the register would not allow her to complete the purchase without providing her with an email address. My wife didn't want to provide her email, but the young lady persisted, saying the transaction can only be started with an email. This policy seemed a bit off. What if the individual didn't have an email, or just did not want take a chance on being one of the millions of scam victims that are easy marks from these email lists? Nonetheless, Julie provided a fake email and completed the purchase. Shame on you! We won't be back.

didn’t accept my return even though i was told that i would be able to return it without tags attached. and the tag falls right off so there’s nothing i could’ve done. i didn’t even take it off myself.

This store is very disorganized and dirty. The floors are filthy. There are mop buckets just sitting in the middle of the store. The employees are rude and behave like they don't want to be there or provide assistance even if they are making a purchase. They closed the dressing room more than an hour before closing. Thankfully, I don't frequent this location, I just happened to be close by. Their selection is also not the best,most clothes have deodorant stains on them. You're better off making the trip to another location or store altogether.

Only Size Small:I used to shop here a lot a few years ago. The last couple times I was in here they had nothing over a size Medium.I would poke around a long time, find something I like shuffle through about 10 size smalls, and 1 medium then nothing larger.After having the same thing happen about a dozen times I asked staff where all the Large and XL are. They tell me they all get stolen as soon as they get new stock. Okay sure except that makes zero sense. I highly doubt only girls over a size 10 steal.That was last year. I figured it was a fluke.I go back there today and the same thing happens. I looked at about 20 items and only found one size Large among all of them. Get tighter security measures or get more stock of high demand sizes. This is absurd.

The Manager Jenny here along with other Managers are childish and unprofessional, They talk along side with this younger generation of kids that work here, Bullying customers, I have been in witness to some of the small talk they do, So uncalled for, It seems like no one is taking their profession serious and feel the need to put others down..Any questions you have about coupons you accrue they refer you to customer service , As a Manager what do they know? Besides Gossiping

Immediately returned my pickup order due to the poor behavior of the woman employee at the cash register. Will not be shopping Forever 21 any longer.
