Was returning a faucet grease today (unused, because the cartridge bought along comes with one) but it has grease inside the packaging for some reason. The girl at the return desk kept arguing and saying it was used, also the people from plumbing department acknowledged as well. So I had told them to go to their shelf and check if the ones on there had the same greasy packaging! And guess what? I found the same exact item with the same greasy appearance in the packaging. I hate to be accused on things that I didn’t do, especially with an item that is less than $5, that I was spend time and argue for. They really need to work on their customer service.

On the convenient corner and easy to get in and out. Multiple directions you can go in. Pump was fast and I wasn't there long.

Had a tremendous experience at this location, India and her co workers the customer care manager was exceptional to work with, she ensured that all my needs, cares were met before exiting the store. Their friendly nature and aim to provide solutions to problems should be a standard all customer service personnels must employ. Big Al with the beard (even though I know that's not his name) wonderfully assisted with my car rental and rightly so should be given a raise.I appreciate the staff and hope to continue working with them in the future.

Customer service need to be attended to, they all are very rude and not helpful at all. If I didn't need things from here I wouldnt be shopping here!

Went to buy a leaf blower for my husband for Christmas. Couldn't find any help. Asked at the courtesy desk 3 times. No one ever came so I walked out after about 45 minutes. Went to Lowes and was treated like royalty. Never going back to Home Depot.

Waited over an hour to purchase washer and dryer. One person in appliance. Call customer service told that only one person in that department. No effort on stores part to bring another employee to help

Customer service is horrible the managers are completely undertrained. They fire workers who have been there for 20+ years and replaced them with incapable unmotivated people!!! If you go to buy from there or work there I wish you luck!!!!

Hey,I was given a delivery date of 10/25 for carpet delivery by Homedepot but looks like it is running into a month long with delivery and installation post thanks giving 11/29. I should not have been provided a false promise. I called up to check if the carpet is coming sooner but the installation company does not seem to be returning my voicemails. I want to ensure that Homedepot should have more accurate delivery dates specially when this is critical time of the year with people getting ready for thanksgiving .We could have gone with smaller local company and would have had better delivery window. I would advice/warn everybody to think twice before place such flooring install orders with big box companies like Homedepot.Regards,Tauseef

Ordered a brand new Ryobi vacuum cleaner had it sent directly to my house from the store opened the box. It was missing pieces and it was a used item. The vacuum brushes had human hair in them. I'm livid.

I just purchased garage doors from the Manchester Home Depot. I'm telling everyone and anyone I can fine to never go into that store. The worst managers work there. The people on the register are great but the managers could care less on trying to fix our problem I have a Home Depot charge card and I use it very rarely maybe once a year, and after this time, I'm never using it again. I am going to end up going to Lowe's from now on. I'm redoing my house I just purchased so Home Depot is losing a minimum of $10-$20,000 in business.

Dennis and his delivery team came to my house twice to deliver a refrigerator andI was told it wouldn't fit well I canceled my homedepot credit card and went to Lowes and purchased the same exact refrigerator and hade it delivered today no problem.

Everytime I go your Manchester store you only have one employee mixing paint. Not very efficient. I almost elected to go to your competition. The manager needs to be reeducated. How does a store like yours operate?
