Zoeth, the wood cutter black male afro hair around 20s in age aside from taking over 20 minutes to cut 5 2 by 4 planks because he was busy talking and texting and talking on the phone mid way, also seemed like he didn’t want to cut my wood, tried to make up a “store policy” over the sign saying “cuts must be 12’ or longer” so I asked him to explain what policy he meant because that didn’t make any sense, he couldn’t explain and proceeded to cut my wood, honestly I think it took him over 20 mins, terrific experience.

I'm having a terrible experience with Home Depot in general. Bought appliances back in July. They were delivered in October. I realized that the microwave was way too big for our kitchen so I took it to the Manchester store to replace it. Since it was an online order I thought it could be replaced anywhere. Customer service "did" the return and I bought a smaller one. 4 weeks later - the return was still not processed. Called customer service and was told I had to go back to the store. Went back to the customer service at the store and was told to go back to appliances. When at appliances was told to go back to the front of the store. The head of customer services told me that the return shouldn't have been done here as it was a different store number on the receipt. I asked why it was accepted here then. No one knew. She was going to watch the camera to make sure I actually returned it, even tho I had the receipt in my hand. She then went to appliances and found the one that I had returned since it was still on the shelf with my name on it from my order. I was told to take it back to the other store and "good luck". I was also told that based on the town I live in, I should always go to the Glastonbury store. I told them I'm actually closer to the Manchester store so that doesn't make sense. At one point there was a line behind me and about 4-5 people in customer service just standing around doing nothing instead of helping customers.

Employees wearing masks on their chins, not bothering to cover their noses and are hard to avoid as they don’t even attempt to keep a safe distance with passerby’s. Do better.

My husband and I have both been very long time customers of Home Depot. Unfortunately, my husband has been instructed NOT to leave the house during the Covid-19 Pandemic. He is in heart failure with a host of medical conditions caused by his military service. He is rated 100% disabled by the VA.

I had the worst experience at this store today (Manchester). after waiting for my curbside delivery for 30 minutes, I called back in and they said "sorry we didn't see you when we went out to check". What?? I was in the first space of the designated car pool, the one they had to pass multiple times to give everyone else their order! The staff is all teenagers but still. Then they finally came back out after another 15 minutes had passed. Told me "sorry for the inconvenience". I'm going to Lowe's next time

No star if I could, however I cannot. There were signs for the entrance, which I followed for the doors to not open? Unbelievable, a worker passed by me and never once tried to assist or say something of where to go in, so I left and went to Lowe's instead. Home Depot needs to be helpful and have employees know what they are doing themselves. Lowe's is my new place to go instead of Home Depot!

Friendly and efficient customer service. I went to pick up my massive laminate floor order. Peter kindly said he would meet me at the lumber door entrance. Peter and Aiden then assisted in filling my entire car quickly and safely with my huge order. I didn't have to lift a finger. Would definitely recommend this Home Depot to anyone. Outstanding speed and service.

I really appreciate the customer service that I experienced here. Each person I interacted with was so kind and helpful. One person helped me in the garden center then another helped me get a basket when I got too many things in the garden area! Overall I was happy with my purchases and experience shopping.

I have been giving the Home Depot store in Manchester, CT my business for over 18 years. NEVER AGAIN. Over the past 2 months, I have been receiving an outrageously terrible level of poor customer service. From not being able to contact the store by phone. To not being able to find an employee in the store. To finally finding 4 of these "stars " talking in an aisle, and having one of them talk trash about me behind my back as I walked away. To unfriendly employees who have no idea how to do their jobs. On and on. Keep in mind, my visits were during slow periods in the store. I was always polite, with a calm attitude. On my final visit to this store, I spoke with an assistant store manager who was not very friendly or communicative, and was basically useless. She assigned me to an employee who was condescending, rude and GAVE ME THE WRONG SUGGESTIONS AGAIN. I left that store and went to a local Ace Hardware store. There, I was immediately greeted by a friendly employee who personally assisted me with my purchases. Ace Hardware was happy to take my money. Goodbye, Home Depot , and good luck. You will need it. As for a $15.00/hour minimum wage? Not for this level of customer service. Replace them with robots.

I ordered a screen door, it wasn't a stock item so it had to be special order. so went and got a quote and paid for it the same day right when I I the quote. a month later I go on to figure out a status on the order to be told I never order anything. unfortunately at the time the receipt came off the quote because they were staple together and it had ripped off so I only had the quote and was told if I didn't have a receipt means I never paid for it therefore the order was ne

I bought a washer and dryer combo from the Manchester store. Upon delivery, they began to hook up the washing machine. after that, they told me they could not hook up the dryer because there was not enough flexable duct. I shrugged it off and they left. After looking at the dryer, I found no power cord which i paid for and i was able to hook up the dryer vent with the supplied duct contrary to the statements of the delivery guys. The delivery guys were makimg excuses not to hook up the dryer and I'm guessing because there was no power cord which they said nothing about. I should just return ghe washer and dryer and then spend my money somewhere else.

We often shop here. Typically we prefer the other big box home improvement site in town but we shop at Home Depot as well and have always been satisfied. Recently, we had a very negative and baffling experience. We went in specifically to purchase a high end Weber grille. We approached the employee in department and asked for our assistance. He told us that if we wanted to see that the grille was in stock we had download the Home Depot app and see. When we asked if he could check the store stock for us since he was ...right there he declined and told us we could go to customer service and they could look it up for us. The employee literally refused to check the shelf for the product. I usually don't write reviews like this but this was pretty shocking. We left and purchased the grille at our local ACE instead.

Homedepot your Enfield CT store was a nightmare with no employees in lumber to even find help from. Once we found help from someone in windows and door he spent 20 mins trying to find lumber that didn't exist (304.364) they looked in the computer and sent us to Manchester who has 36 in stock. We get to Manchester and the shelf is empty. I talked to a useless employee named johnathan who said if it's not on the shelf we have none and he WALKED AWAY without another word. We asked the nice cashier who called the store manager who told us if the shelf is empty we are out. I asked how her computer could be off by 36 pieces in her inventory and she said it happens. SO IF YOUR OFF BY 33â€6 pieces it's time to look at who is doing inventory.... DONT waste your time with Home Depot. I'm going to Lowe's Home Improvement
