The best employees work at Hot Topic!!!! They have fun, they are smart, they are diverse individuals and wear Hot Topic clothing further promoting the brand. This is what true customer service is and it shows that they love their job.

The pick up process was a little confusing with a sign in a different place than the actual pick up location but other than that the staff was helpful! They also drew the cutest bit of art on my pick up receipt.
