Despite the worse phone connection I've ever experienced, Heather was so patient and understanding every time I said, "Could you repeat that". Was able to schedule our company van for a mobile windshield replacement which was awesome!!

They replaced my windshield but scratched the heck out of the glass. They also didn't replace my rearview mirror properly and it fell off while I was driving.

Waited 6 months for a molding they said was in transit. Would not tell me when it would arrive, called me in to the shop twice thinking they could do it when I get there they say they had a glitch in their system. Avoid this company at all costs. I went to Payless and got it replaced in less than 2 days.

Teke them forever to order, obtain parts and contact customers.I am sure their techs are very good but there is a miss connection somewhere.Bad experience.I went to Glass America.....no issues.

They put the wrong glass on my truck now emmisions can't read the vin# and the east htfd branch I went to is closed for good. I'm toast.

I made an appointment to have a windshield replaced and a few days before the appointment they called to say it was delayed in shipping and rescheduled. Ok, that's fine, one more week wasn't going to hurt.Day of the appointment they were supposed to show up between 1:00 and 5:00. At 4:40 I tried to call and got a message that the office was closed. No one showed, no one called, no one emailed. The next day I called to figure out what was going on and got told they couldn't get a hold of the local technician and they'd call me back. No one called.I moved on and found a local business that offered the exact same service (changed the windshield in my driveway) for less money.Look local and pass on this chain.

Prompt service but the calibration was not done correctly the first time. Had to set up a second appointment at a different store to get it done right.

Impossible to get someone on the phone. you can hear people in the background but nobody picks up!!

Tried to call but would not let me and said make appointment on line so I did and gave all my info and during it they said they will contact my insc company and I had an appt at 1130 today , I showed up at 1120 and they said they don’t have an appt for me . I try calling 4-5 times but could not get through . Horrible cust service and careless to take care of my business. STAY AWAY

Scheduled initially and then there was some confusion about my appointment and the glass was still at the warehouse.... Rescheduled for a week later. Quick and easy -- only took an hour and 20 mins Only bummer = they ran my car the whole time (I assume). My fuel economy tracker went down almost 1 MPG & I have a lot less fuel left but it was simple and easy and I'm impressed insurance took care of the cost. No copay or anything... they just told me to leave the adhesive on for 1 hour.Thank you .. :) also note but it is 88 degrees out so I don't really blame them but I work hard for that 29 MPG :)Edit: I changed my review to 5 stars because I like that the owner replied so speedily. I think that's good service and I'm happy with the job that was done.

Scheduled an appointment, drove 35 minutes for said appointment, just for them to tell me they sent the techs home for the day. How are you going to let me schedule an appointment if you have no techs on site. Make that make sense, wasted my time, and gas in this expensive economy, will not do business with these clowns again
