Hours: Key Food Supermarkets is an immaculately clean, tidy, and well-organized store with a superb reputation for caring for its customers. The staff is consistently friendly, very helpful, super helpful, bilingual, and goes above and beyond. The store is well stocked and maintained, offering great selections and most grocery essentials. It carries a wide variety of items that cannot be found elsewhere, serving as a Spanish grocery store that provides a taste of home. This includes island foods, Arepas, queso colombiano, natilla box mix, chorizo, panela, fresh Spanish bakery bread and pastries daily, and a produce section with fresh fruits and veggies for making Sofrito. The well-stocked butcher case offers very fresh, clean meats and a staffed counter for custom cuts. There is also an incredible hot food takeout section with delicious, reasonably priced meals and snacks. The store carries Spanish hair and beauty products, Zote soap, and weekly sales circulars with great prices on everything, including groceries at great prices. It is a real gem and exactly what the community needs. The only noted drawback is the store's size, which some feel should be bigger. However, it is described as the total opposite of previous markets in the space, being one of the cleanest, most organized stores ever and a welcome addition to the area.
