Great shop ran by honest people who know their stuff. They took care of everything I needed on my jeep wrangler and some for a very reasonable and honest price and have gained a customer who will return for all of my families car repairs!

I used to go to Lew for decades. Moved out of Manchester so I lost connection with the shop. Recently took my car here to deal with an issue with my shifter. New mechanic, but same quality of service, honesty, and nostalgic feel. I will definitely use this family-run business going forward, even if it is a bit of a drive from where I live. Lew, you would be pleased.

I have never had an experience at a mechanic that felt like this one -- they are so upfront, straightforward, personable, and really go above and beyond for each customer!
I didn't get any unexpected costs, and Shaina explained things clearly at every step of the way. Not to mention they squeezed me in when no other shops in town could see me until next week. Price was great, too.
I highly recommend.

Excellent service. My car needed extensive repair- they took the time to break it all down and ask if I wanted everything fixed or just the minimum- always keeping me informed and the costs in mind. Car now runs like a dream. I’ve been here a few times and they’ve always done a great job.

The owners of the shop are very friendly, easy to speak to and always find a way to work with you. They are sympathetic to the customer’s needs and do everything they can to go above and beyond. So thankful for this shop! They performed an open heart surgery on my car, which wasn’t an ordinary repair but they were willing to do whatever they could, even if that meant doing things out of the ordinary to get it done!… it was a success by the way. I can't say enough good things about Lew Pelletier’s. After a disappointing experience with another mechanic, Lew’s was highly recommended to me by multiple people.They went above and beyond for me and made sure to let me know I was in good hands. They were honest, fair, and provided excellent service. I'm glad I made the switch and will be back for all my automotive needs.

My son's car broke down miles away from home on his way back to college. Luckily he found this shop and they couldn't be any kinder, supportive, and knowledgeable. They helped diagnose the problem, offered suggested fixes, and as importantly, provided a "home" environment for my son as he was dealing with the stress of what to do next. The world needs more people like Shaina and Patrick.
