Lynch Toyota is the most trustworthy dealership I've dealt with. I got all 3 of my cars from Lynch. Edgar who used to work there helped me in finding my 1st car, then Nazmin Bhura helped me getting the other 2. Nazmin went above and beyond to get me the 2 cars I use right now. She has gotten me the best deals and discounts that benefited me in saving a lot! She's undoubtedly the best customer service provider I've met. I have introduced her to few of my friends, and they are very happy in their experience buying cars with a lot of savings. I'd highly recommend Nazmin to anyone!

Waited a year for a second key. The excuse was the shortage in parts. However, we could have one earlier if we paid extra.???? You should have paid me for the inconvenience. Car and service (other than the key) is fine.Dear Toyota representative. You did not provide a very satisfying response. If you didn’t have key’s why was it offered for me to pay extra to get it earlier? There are clearly keys and Toyota is gouging to get extra money with the excuse of a shortage.

Be aware of bait and switch with new hybrids that are being built and in transit. We were offered a car on lot that went to someone else before we got to the dealership. Then offered one that was one route to find out it wasn't built yet and wouldn't arrive for over a month. The service manager that we dealt with didn't have the professional courtesy to meet with us when we went to dealership.

This dealership is the best in the state! I worked with Woody on ordering a 2023 Tacoma and he was beyond excellent! This was the first new car that I have bought and Woody was extremely helpful with the whole process! When I first met him he told me to call anytime and he really meant it! He really went above and beyond to make sure that I was included in the process and got exactly what I wanted! Their finance department was also fantastic! They ensured I got the best rate and helped me apply for all the credits I could get! Over all every staff member that I worked with there were great! The next time I’m getting a new truck I am definitely coming back!

I bought my car from Lynch. Friendly sales people who don’t push or harass. The showroom is beautifully maintained and sparkles. The Service Department is excellent! The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and do not try and push extra repairs. The Technicians do a magnificent job! I’m always happy and never sticker shocked. After an accident, I brought my car to Lynch auto body repair. The staff were wonderful and the car came back to me looking absolutely perfect! Lunch Toyota is an excellent dealership and I will definitely buy my next car from them.

I had tires mounted on my truck by @lynchtoyota. These were specialty tire I purchased online since they could not get them. They mounted and balanced them. As I got on the highway to go home, I felt a vibration both in my wheel and seat. I called them about a week later and made an appointment to come back in to have them check them and re-balance them. So far not horrible even though I had to go back but hey, mistakes happen. I took 2 work meeting while sitting waiting for my truck and after 2 HOURS I went and asked what was going on with my truck. The service woman handed me my keys and said, "you are all set. they took your truck for a ride and couldn't feel the vibration so you are all set" I asked "so they didn't check the balancing? "2 hours and all they did was drive it"? She asked if I wanted to talk to the mechanic but I said no since I had to get to another appointment. Here is where it goes from really bad to horrible! I entered a complaint on their website since I am so busy and was really ticked and my truck was still not fixed after 2 appointments and 3 hours of my time. I got a response back from "the internet manager" saying all the things that sound good like "I'm sorry" and how great their service is etc etc....ending with "you should contact our service manager and here is his #". I responded with...."could you not have forwarded him my complaint or get it to the correct person" NO RESPONSE!!! I then emailed the service manager the same cmplaint. NO RESPONSE!!! In the midst of all this, I now start getting daily emails from "the internet manager" about all their sales and special pricing. I actually responded to one of them saying "I filed a complaint and all that happens is I got added to your mailing list?" NO RESPONSE!!!Make a long story a little longer....I took my truck to another dealer, paid for the same service again, and guess what.....vibration went away. @lynchtoyota took my $100 and lost a customer. Thanks for nothing

horrible treatment here at lynch even after buying 5 vehicles prior. Wanted to trade back a 2020 prius prime in after 6 weeks of driving it. It had 22400 miles when I purchased it. It now has 26300. I paid 31995 a little high. I hate this car so I wanted to trade back for my old car which is still there. They offered me 26000. A 6000 dollars loss in 6 weeks. Wow !! and no discount on the purchase of my old car. It would be a loss of 10000 dollars to get back into my old car. They were all laughing and didn't believe I didnt like their product and wanted my ugly Lincoln back that their said they can't sell because of the color. Too bad for me, I guess. I went to another Toyota dealership and they gave me 29500 at least. Never will I buy a vehicle from them again

Was told my oil leak and needed a new head casket, $800.00 later still have an oil leak. Later check engine light is on, after waiting 3 hours was told they blew out a sensor. $192.00. 2 days later it was back on! They offered me an hour of free diagnostic, Whoopi! Will not be returning to have the RAV4 purchased from them 2 years ago or the 4Runner with the above problems for any service. Very disappointed for sure. Buyer be ware!

Great experience working with JR at Lynch Toyota. After our old Rav4 got 260k miles, it was a no-brainer to look for another Rav4, however, finding one was the challenge with the current supply chain issues. We visited all the local Toyota dealerships in the Hartford area but settled on Lynch as they were attentive to our needs and we felt they kept open communication with us as we waited for one to be available. JR was easy-going and honest with us through the process. Would definitely reach out to him again when we look to replace next vehicle.
