Terrible customer service. Lady doing notary has a terrible attitude and was super rude. Made little remarks and was condescending the whole time. Also took my contract away from sight and was talking with the mailman. Took over 15min to get 2 contracts notarized. Was wrong about how many pages there were and where I requested she stamp, and then just acted like i was stupid for knowing how many pages my contract was. Over charged us and then lied about UPS store prices. Said it was $15 each which is a complete lie... This isn't my first rodeo, only reason i was here because ups store notary wasn't there as late on this day. Save yourself and just go to the ups store.

I have gone there for over 6 years and no problems. Fantastic service from prepaid packages and notarized paperwork. Today I'm going to go get another notarized paperwork. Make sure you call and get Natasha and 2 witnesses avaliable for your stop by notary experience.

I have been frequenting the Mailroom for the last 21 years almost every day and can not say enough about the stellar service I receive ld from Natasha and the staff.
The ease of doing business with the Mailroom is so much better then having to go to three different businesses to do send my packages. Highly recommended, you won’t be disappointed.

I am writing this review due to terrible experience I had ,
with the lady who notarizes at this location few months ago.
My earlier review was deleted by whoever and I m writing it again. She was rude, condescending , addressing me as
" you people " . This person had a discriminatory attitude and I didn't get everything notarized . I went to UPS location in Manchester who were more professional and helpful . If I could give 0 stars I would .Thank you

The lady in the front is very mean this is the second time i’ve gone in here and i’ve left upset because of how rude she was. didn’t even look in the back for my package and had no customer service skills whatsoever ill never be going back in there for anything someone really needs to talk to this lady about how to treat people absolutely ridiculous.

very nasty customer service, im looking at all the reviews & im so confused mthe lady was not only rude with myself but with my girlfriend as well. she just was plain nasty & super rude. if i could give that place a half star i would gladly do it

I’ve been here twice to get some paperwork notarized and it’s been the same women both times and I’ve never met anyone with a nastier attitude for no reason. The first time I talked to her a bit about the situation and she seemed alright at the end. The second time she had an attitude immediately just like the first time and I’m not gonna deal with a person like that twice. I highly recommend finding anywhere else to go if you need something notarized.

This shop is a hidden gem in Manchester! The employees are kind, quick and efficient even during busy holiday times. As an avid Amazon shopper (and returner) the Mail Room saves me time and travel because I can drop packages for multiple carriers in one spot.

i’ve been using the Mail Room for many years to both return and mail items and have always had excellent service. They also notarize documents at a very reasonable fee.
