Had painting framed the lady manager .didn't catch her name did a great job framing my painting. Gave me several options but didn't try to get me to buy something I didn't want. Now when I have company over I've had several people ask where I went. Great job Michael's.

Awful customer service
I bought a knitting machine and brought it home the second I hooked some yarn up to it it snapped most of the hooks it was super cheap definitely not worth $50
I didn't have the box but I had all the parts and the receipt and I came back to return it and nobody would even help me
I asked if I could just get a different one and they said no

Young lady at the cashier was very friendly and even convinced my daughter and I to purchase a dupe Stanley cup along with some stickers to dress up our cups.

I'm an oil painter and they actually have a decent
selection of paint and other accessories. I like the Winsor brand and they do in fact carry them. It's more expensive than other oil paint brands from some craft stores, but I don't mind paying a little more for a better quality product. Store itself is well organized and the staff are very friendly.
