Everyone here at ML Fitness is fantastic! I’ve been training here consistently for a year and a half now, and I have made huge progress in reaching my fitness goals. Jon is a phenomenal trainer, incredibly knowledgeable, and excellent at adapting any workout plan to fit what you’re looking for as well as what you need physically. I would recommend everyone to come here and see the amazing results they can achieve!

I've been training at ML Fitness twice a week for over the past year. Jon is patient, insightful and fun to work out with. He designs programs that work for both my body type and my personality and even accommodates my somewhat erratic schedule with grace and kindness. The gym is steady but not overly busy and well equipped making for a great personal training environment. I highly recommend it!

Great gym with friendly and knowledgeable trainers.I was staying in Manchester for a month and looking for a gym to train in. Kurt and the other trainers were responsive and helpful and I was signed up quickly and ready to go. Everyone was very welcoming and I ended up using the gym significantly more than I had expected I would. I'd very much recommend ML fitness to anyone wanting a gym to train at long-term or just for limited periods. I'll be back when I'm in Manchester again.

My husband and I were looking for a new gym after having spent years as members of a big box gym. After only a few visits and one class, I can say we think this is a great fit! Small classes, individual attention, and no muscle bound hulks admiring themselves in the mirror. Very welcoming and the assessment wasn't all about trying to sell us supplements. Almost didn't want to post this because I don't want too many others discovering this hidden gem!

I love the small classes. The trainer Joan is very good and very professional . I have not wok with the other trainers yet , but I’m positive they are also very good.

I have completed all the group lesson classes. DJ Jackman runs the 2 morning group classes. When taking his class I feel confident that he will monitor me throughout the class to make sure I am completing the exercise correctly. He keeps the classes moving and DJ really enjoys what he does.Joan Aviles Cruz runs the late afternoon classes, and 2 classes on Saturday morning. Joan also monitors everyone throughout the class to ensure correct form is utilized. Joan will also modify exercise on the spot if a particular assigned exercise is not a good match for that person. Joan will also modify a movement according to a persons trainer. Classes are a lot of fun at MLFITNESS. It’s a great way to begin or end your day.Anne W

Great gym! Always very well maintained, and has great trainers.
