Came here the other day for a rapid test. Totally missed this sign on the side of the building, so here it is for anyone else coming for a rapid. Guy was friendly and quick, and you stick the stick up your own nose. Results were back within an hour.

Now I know why I stay away from CVS. They're awful. The guy Chuck who works in the Pharmacy moves slower than a turtle. His knowledge is -0. That's probably why they put him on late nights. Gave me the wrong prescription and refused to take it back. I even called before I went there and was reassured the name of the prescription. They seal it all up and staple it so you don't know until you get home. I called to tell them and was put on hold for 8 minutes. It's 10pm!!! Had to drive all the way back to be told by Chuck he won't take it back. CVS you suck!!!

I have always stayed away from CVS as the experience is always miserable . But Walgreens is not doing the virus testing so CVS is supposedly getting it done on line. forget it. Not the case. I called the store got a toll free number and more of the same nonsense. I am so damn sick I cannot stand it. Shame on this miserable company.

My wife went in to fill her medication. Pharmacist Erika Leitao was rude and unhelpful. She was put on a new med and has some questions. Pharmacist instructed her to read the information packet that comes with the prescription. It was not busy, and would have taken zero effort for her to take a few minutes to discuss the med with my wife. Very unprofessional.

Customer service here is seriously lacking. We have had our daughter's medication filled here for over a year but within the past 4 months we have had nothing but issues and an obvious lack of organization and communication. Most recently there was another issue regarding our insurance which we do not use to purchase her medication but rather a discount coupon and the voicemail I received was condescending and unwelcoming. When my husband called to remedy the situation the person was extremely rude to him and hung up. We have used this coupon for the past year and have told the pharmacy to remove the insurance from the account to avoid this issue as we are well aware the insurance does not cover it. Fast forward to picking up the prescription: the price was twice what it should have been and the person was rude to us when questioned. We were sent to another person to see why it was so expensive and thankfully it was resolved but he was still less than welcoming. Our last experience was enough for us to switch pharmacies completely, even at the expense of a few extra dollars. We choose this location for convenience and cost but I will go out of my way to be treated better.

Absolutely horrendous! My wife and I have been using this CVS for the last couple of years and virtually EVERY time we do, there is an issue. Either our prescription is not ready after we are told initially it is and then we need to come back. More wasted time.. or the pharmacy staff (with some exceptions) is exceptionally rude and/or unresponsive. Tonight was the last straw. On hold for 18 minutes trying to confirm an order after AGAIN going to the store and being told it wasn't ready. Finally someone picked up and simply said, "hold please" and I returned to hold for another 5 minutes until I just hung up. Tomorrow we will move our business to Walgreens. Additionally my wife and daughter have also had similar issues. It is extremely clear that there is a serious leadership (or rather lack of leadership) issue. Whatever the case, we are done with CVS. And with so many other capable competitor pharmacies locally (Walgreen's, Rite Aide, Lenox, West Town) we will never (and I don't use this term "never"lightly) again. In short, they totally suck!

This CVS is easy to find, to get into, get out of and not too big for a quick shopping trip. Prices are average, sales are good. Selection is quite extensive for such a small store.

By far the worst pharmacy I have had the misfortune to need to use. Made an appt to have vaccination filled/administered. At this moment I have waited over 45 minutes with each person being more inept and surly than the last.

Lisa M. in the pharmacy is miserable. Made me drive around the building several times because it was "too busy" to send my prescription through the second lane. Had no problem leaving me there for over 5 minutes just to yell at me that I wouldn't be served until I went around the building to get into the other lane. When I went in to see if that would have been faster she yelled at me a second time. Lisa M. should be let go or at a minimum kept away from customers and other employees. I have to imagine that her poor attitude runs off on them as it did me.

The pharmacy is fast. The "customer service" overall is abysmal. I use to work late nights and took lots of medications for depression and migraines so their services were a God-send when I was going through a nightmare. I've kept them out of loyalty and convenience. The pharmacy that's closer closes at 6pm, which is ridiculous to me. It's like I live in Mayberry. So I will probably be with this one while I live in Manchester, but a lot of them need attitude checks and a crash course in how to treat people.

This is the most miserable CVS in the world. The customer service isn't necessarily bad, it's just awkward and sad. There's this one guy who works the register and kinda reminds me of Billy Bob Thornton in Bad Santa-- I once asked him how his day was and he hissed through his teeth, "Another GREAT day in retail paradise." Um, sorry I asked? Another time, a pharmacy tech insisted I had to pay $300 for a name-brand medication because they "discontinued the generic version." I (politely) explained that I know that's not true so I asked him to re-check with the pharmacist. Instead he rolled his eyes and went "on break" in the middle of the transaction. I just feel bad for everyone there.

If I could give no stars I would. The pharmacy is a study in ineptitude. The wait at the drive-thru can sometimes be 5 minutes or more. Yes I know 5 minutes isn't much in the grand scheme of things, but I'm in your drive-thru because I'm in a hurry. McDonalds isn't worth billions because the food is good. Today I had high hopes. I pulled in to be greeted by a young woman telling me someone would be with me shortly. Uh oh. Curious, I set a timer. At the two minute mark, a car pulled up behind me. At the six minute mark, an older gentleman finally felt my eyes burning a hole through his neck and got off the computer, opened the windows and informed me I was 'too far away to set off the sensor.' Yes that's a fine theory, why not discuss it with your coworker who greeted me just fine? I'm sorry I didn't want to be the woman on the evening news who drove into a building? To add fun to my trip, my script wasn't even ready. Funny, I got an automated call saying it was. Well, sometimes headquarters is wrong and it's a 'notification to call and request a refill.' I'd like to know who changed that from the previous several months then. I guess being in the service industry myself means I have some crazy standards, but that's not my problem to fix. He disappears, and oh my god if isn't the woman who greeted me! With my prescription! Holy hell! I'm transferring my prescriptions to the CVS 40 minutes away near my job. Hopefully they've got their act together.

I go here out of convenience. The store is never staffed properly always long lines. I wont go here for my prescriptions just because the front of the store is always so conjested. There is one woman here that is very nice and courtesy. The parking lot also sucks.

I go to this pharmacy for my prescriptions and I like that I can switch out my prescriptions from different CVS locations based on what's convenient for me. The shelves at this CVS are a bit bare, especially for sale items.
