I stopped by Myeyedr. in Manchester today without an appointment in the hopes someone could help me with verification and eligibility of my vision insurance. Christina took the time to explain what my plan covered and pricing. I left and went back again in the afternoon to place an order. I met with Christina both times and was extremely impressed with her friendliness, knowledge and professionalism. I will continue to utilize the services at that location because of employees like Christina. She was a pleasure to do business with.

My appointment with Dr. Motto was nothing less than spectacular. From the beginning of the visit to the end of the visit Dr. Motto made me feel welcomed and I appreciated that some Doctors just don’t have the time anymore for even a brief conversation. Dr. Motto educated me on my vision and also had a open ear about my concerns. This review is well overdue as I had to wait on my glasses lol. My Eye Dr. (Manchester Location) Make an appointment with Dr. Motto if you like to feel welcomed safe and like a human being and not a burden and also get great service all around Dr. Motto you rock!?

I had a great experience there. The doctors, technicians were very pleasant, helpful and professional. They explained everything that they were doing to my eyes in ways that I understood very well. The ladies at the front desk were very pleasant, courteous, friendly and professional as well. I felt welcomed by all. I have recommended them to family and friends.

there is no reliability in their services! Cancelled my appointment more than twice, once with out notifying myself....they did same 4 times and when I called them to know confirm appointment they blaming on me ooh u did many time cancel ur appointment so now u just come in waking!This place is a complete disgrace and should be ashamed of their service!i never recemanded any other now and also I all get record of my dad mom husband my son I don't want to go with them anymore also I ll tell my cousins family too.

First i need to say i have been going to this facility for about 3+ years. Dr.Motto is the best of the best doctors and second comes Stephanie ( i think she is no more working here). for Dr.Motto i will give 5 stars. BUT RIGHT FROM THE FRONT DESK (EXCEPT COUPLE OF PEOPLE AND THE GIRL WHO TAKES THE PRE EXAMINATION) ALL OTHERS ARE SO BAD. THEY MAKE YOU STAND FOR SOMETIME AND SHOW ATTITUDE WHEN THEY TALK TO YOU. PARTICULARLY THE PEOPLE AT THE OPTICAL SECTION. I JUST CAME OUT OF THE FACILITY TODAY AND WAS COMPELLED TO WRITE THIS REVIEW. THEY HAS SUCH AN ATTITUDE THAT YOU WILL NEVER GO BACK. I have not been happy with my experience at this eye doctor. I went in to get a renewal on my contact prescription and told them which brand I use (Dailies AquaComfort Plus) and they gave me a prescription/ordered me a different brand (Dailies Total1) without saying anything, so I left assuming that I was receiving my original brand. When I noticed and called to ask about this, they said my original brand has been discontinued but when I check the manufactures website 6 months later they are still available, and unfortunately I don’t like the new ones as much. I also purchased a new pair of glasses from them and they were making me dizzy so I went back and had them remade twice but they still aren’t wearable. I appreciate them remaking them twice but they still don’t work for me and I don’t understand why, I have been a glasses wearer for many years and have never had this issue. Overall I will not be going back.

Not happy!!I've been waiting for more than 4 months for them to call me to give me my new glasses and I never heard from them again, they haven't called or sent me a message, I bought some glasses for $400 and I have health insurance and they also took all the money from my insurance I paid practically more than $700 for these glasses that don't work, then I went back to seek help because I couldn't see, I also paid an extra $100 because they didn't do their job well, supposedly I came to get the new glasses and my eyes hurt more because they don't work or to read I told the person to change my glasses the second time, that's why I told him that I didn't see well because he only told me to go with them and that they would call me later and to this day I have not received a single one single call, she has asian features.Please if the owner or manager sees this message I need help I am losing my sight and if it happens I will have to sue them.

I was skeptical of a "corp" eye Dr but my private office was just not cutting it anymore. My experience here has been phenomenal! The staff is amazing, helpful, not pushy! Chi is outstanding and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy!

I've been coming here for pretty much my entire life, since it was New England Eye Care. I love Dr. Motto, the staff is excellent, and the place is pristine, so no complaints there.Honestly, I'm disappointed because the last time I was here, I was nursing, and it's not recommended to get your eyes dilated when you're nursing or pregnant, so New England Eye Care waived the fee of the retinal photos. This time, I'm pregnant, and the retinal photo fee was not waived, because it is the policy of My Eye Dr.I know this is a bit of a silly complaint, but I would really encourage My Eye Dr to reconsider this policy when it comes to pregnant and nursing women. It feels a little discriminatory and unnecessary, and other Eye doctors waive this as a courtesy. It's a big turn-off because it seems like they value money over the health of those who are more vulnerable.

What an incredible team of people. From the first phone call to make an appointment to the moment I left their office, my first visit at My Eye Dr Manchester was nothing short of wonderful. They were kind, professional, efficient, and approachable. Dr. Motto may be the most chipper and positive doctor I’ve ever had. His attitude and pleasantry is admirable. I will be referring friends and family looking for eye care to My Eye Dr in Manchester.

My experience at My Eye Doctor Manchester was exceptional, as always! Chi welcomed me with a smile and made me feel right at home. She was meticulous, patient, and kind during my initial tests. I am currently pregnant, and she took special care to be sure that I was treated with extra support and caution. Dr. Motto was incredible as usual. He’s so knowledgeable and always makes me feel that, despite my poor vision, I am well taken care of! Kristy was so honest while I was selecting a new pair of frames and helped me pick the best option possible. She was very sweet and easy to work with. I always know that my visits at My Eye Doctor will be a 10/10!!

I have been a patient of this office for over a decade. I’m regular patient since they were on Broad Street in Manchester. All five of us in the family have always preferred this office for eye treatment. Also encouraged many of my friends to visit this office. Today they are all patients of this office. Maybe now is the time to change. Office workers are inexperienced. Especially the condition of the billing department is terrible. They are also weak in conversing in English well. If someone has primary and secondery insurance, they don't know how to bill. I was recently forced to pay thirty dollars co pay that I shouldn't have. Moreover, after seeing every doctor for the last three/four years, I have had to fight with the bills. Although after each appointment I spoke to the front desk about the bill and confirmed it and left the office. However, Dr. Sturgis will be greatly missed. Also all the other doctors are very nice and friendly. I don't want to make negative comments against any organization. But in this case I was forced. I don't think they care about five patients though.

Dr Motto was excellent. He was thorough, friendly, patient, and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend him and he has a wonderful personality.

A very smooth, efficient, thorough and pleasant experience. I have been to eye drs in the past with excessive (unnecessary?) tests and long wait times so this office is fantastic. Friendly, helpful staff too.

Honestly the best eye dr ever. They have a fish pond and great selection. But the best part is the staff. I have never seen a staff go so far to help as they do. They always find the best way to save me money with and without insurances. They have the best attitudes and i have way to much fun when im here. They staff is super friendly. The Drs are extremely experienced. I trust them removing metal from my eyes several times a year and they make it really ine of the best experience i have all year.
