I recently had 2 mini-split units installed at my home. Although it is getting toward the end of the year, they were able to schedule the install quickly. The installers were professional, very knowledgeable and made sure I was satisfied and had no questions before they left. I would recommend Nutmeg for any of your heating/air conditioning needs. Matt from Nutmeg came to fix my heater, which wasn't blowing warm air and I was getting nervous given the frigid air approaching New England. He was friendly, professional, on time and fixed the heater in less than five minutes. The price was very fair and my appointment was scheduled for the next day. Thank you Matt and Nutmeg!

On August 1, 2024 Nutmeg Mechanical’s team lead by Scott completed the installation of my Carrier warm air furnace, my electronic air cleaner and my new dampers.
They started the job on time, covered my rec-room carpet, installed the new equipment, and tested the operation of everything.
They did a professional job and left my house clean.
I would highly recommend them.

Nutmeg Mechanical is a solid company to do business with. They recently installed a new HVAC system for my home. I'm very pleased with their service and the equipment. I also appreciated their assistance applying for a rebate and energyct financing. I recommend this company.

Purchased and installed a Carrier Mini Split system from Nutmeg Mechanical and we are very pleased with the entire process. Shane conveyed his recommendations on sizing and placement and the crew did an outstanding job installation. The system works great! We are going to be calling Nutmeg for additional work and maintenance contracts.

Can't say enough about how amazing these guys are. We had an emergency situation come up with mold where our master bedroom had to basically be demoed, and they came SAME DAY to get a leaky seal taken care of to waterproof a mini-split gap. Quentin E. was fantastic and Arthur was awesome too. Thanks so much!! We are very grateful for them.

We have been relying on Nutmeg Mechanical for our heat and air conditioning needs for several years now. Despite our aging A/C system, they have always managed to repair it, unlike other companies who would have pushed for a costly replacement. This year, we finally budgeted for a new system and Chris, our sales representative, recommended Bosch heat pumps, which are known for their efficiency and quiet operation. The installation team was exceptional, and our new system is now working seamlessly, even on sweltering days.

Nutmeg Mechanical installed a replacement AC system using four “splits” for our house. They were simply wonderful to work with. From my first call to the office when their receptionist was so friendly and helpful starting this project, to my main contact, Leo, who worked closely with me and designed and revised the project so that it exactly fitted our needs and was based on quite careful heat gain/loss calculations to properly size the equipment. The installation crew was flexible about the installation timing, and were all personable, hard-working individuals who answered all my questions and efficiently installed the system. At the end of each day, they left the work areas cleaned up and safe.
Overall, Nutmeg was a terrific company to work with— throughout the project, they were knowledgeable, trustworthy, and competent workers.
I would absolutely use them again if I had a big project like this.

Nutmeg Mechanical was really great. There was a 4 man crew plus an electrician. Had mini split with 2 units and outside unit installed. The whole crew were very nice and also knowledgeable. All my questions were answered(there were several). They even put booties on over their shoes to prevent tracking of dirt and mud. Will definitely recommend this company.?

From initial visit to installation our experience with Nutmeg has been nothing but excellent. We now have a heat pump hot water heater!
Update: nutmeg installed a heat pump over the last two days for our whole house heating and cooling and took away the oil tank! Great crew, patient, cleaned up everything and were very friendly. Highly recommend!
