Orange Theory is one of the best workouts you’ll ever have in your life. They have the best coaches. I have runners knee and every coach has helped me to modify all the exercises so I can continue to get my afterburn post.

Orangetheory’s membership is definitely pricier than what you would pay for a typical gym membership, but Orangetheory is no typical gym! I’ve never felt so comfortable in a shared workout space as I do here. The community is amazing, the workouts are challenging, and the coaches push you to discover new limits. To me, that is completely worth the cost. (Plus, I’ve been to over 6 studios in CT/MA, and can confidently say the Manchester team is by far the best! )

With consistency here and the versatility of every work out you can really get a great workout. The trainers are super friendly and helpful in each class.Only downside is it's decently expensive, that you'd really have to make at least four classes a week for it to feel worth it. Even so, it is a great investment in your own health ❤️!

I joined orange theory just three months before my wedding day as a last ditch effort to get in the best shape I could for my big day. I was feeling unmotivated and had no idea what I was doing at my former gym. The workouts at orange theory are purposeful, fun, and they burn so good. The feeling after getting all of my splat points in class was honestly giving me such a rush that it had me signing up immediately for my next class. I saw results quickly and I was totally snatched in my wedding gown. The energy in the room during the workout is so electric, and the hour just goes by quickly. The coaches are energetic, friendly, and knowledgeable. The music they play is up beat and the perfect volume. The lighting is comfortably dim in the room with a warm orange glow - absolutely immaculate vibes. The staff at Manchester OTF are professional and they make you feel very welcome. If you are looking for a perfectly structured workout and to get in the best shape of your life I would highly recommend this studio

So happy I joined! It’s just such a fun, high-energy, and welcoming workout environment! The workout area is clean, the coaches are encouraging and knowledgeable, and the workouts are so effective! The OrangeTheory specific heart rate monitors make the workout more personalized and so nice to track your progress over time!

I joined Orangetheory back in November 2022, finding that I wasn't making the progress I wanted to going to "self-service" gyms like Planet Fitness, as well as struggling to find the motivation to go. Initially I was hesitant because of the high price. but I relented to try a free trial class, and was immediately hooked. The classes are typically about one hour in length, and consist of three sections: floor exercises (e.g. weights, abs, resistance bands), row machine, and treadmill which you can choose to run or walk on. Classes are very structured in that you are told exactly what to do during every minute of class by a rotating coach, something I found I liked (and still do).The coaching staff is comprised of all high energy, friendly people who clearly like doing what they do. Orangetheory does a good job of making you feel welcome, staff will learn your name and give you a friendly greeting every time you go. Coaches pay attention and give you alternative exercises if you struggle with one, and always have an encouraging attitude that makes you want to keep working hard during class.Classes themselves are mixed up enough to keep it interesting, with the exercises varying but keeping the same format of "floor - row - treadmill". I've been going for 6 months now and haven't found that it's gotten boring which was an initial concern of mine. They also mix in some "benchmark" exercises where you test yourself to see how how fast you can run a mile, how many meters you can row in a set time, etc, which gives you some nice data to see how you've improved over time. There are also "specialty" workouts which introduce additional challenges that again keep things interesting. You can make class as easy or difficult as you want with no judgement from other classmates or the coaches themselves, making OTF good for beginners and advanced athletes alike. No one bats an eye if you get tired during a running section and need to walk, or need to put a weight down and catch your breath.Another big mechanic of OTF is the heart rate monitor, which they will sell to you for a one-time payment of $125. Wearing the HRM in class provides you with your real-time heart rate data, which goes into five colored zones depending on how hard your heart is working, starting from grey and moving eventually to red. The fourth zone is orange which OTF claims is the optimal exercise zone, and the game you play is trying to get 12 out of the 55 minutes of class work in this orange zone. There's also an app you can download and get all sorts of additional data for people who like that sort of thing (I find it interesting). The main drawback of OTF for most is going to be the price. The subscription is already expensive, going as high as $180/month for unlimited classes; there are cheaper options which will limit how many classes you can go to in a month (I believe 8 classes/month was $100 or $120). The HRM band costs you another $125, meaning there can be a high upfront cost (sometimes they run promotions which negate some of this). Some of the specialty events cost an additional $15-25 to participate in (such as their infamous Hell Week workouts). Sometimes they'll whack you $12 if you miss a class you signed up for. My one complaint of OTF remains that you feel nickel and dimed at times, but at the same time I find the high price keeps me motivated to go. If I don't go 3-4x a week, I feel I'm not getting my money's worth and make myself go in.For me, OTF has worked better than I could have hoped, and has been worth the high cost, resulting in me dropping significant weight and being in better shape than I have been in years. The people are friendly and the workouts are really intense, and most important take out a lot of guesswork I got sick of doing at the regular gym. If you're the type that does fine going to a Big Sky or Edge and getting a workout in, it's probably not worth paying the money to OTF. If you think a structured, instructor-led workout w

Friendship and Fitness is what this location does so well! From the moment you walk in the studio you are greeted by friendly faces. The members are inclusive and develop friendships like a workout family. The coaches are supportive, knowledgeable, and probably the BEST part of this studio. I am so glad that I am a member here!

I just started going to Orange Theory this past January and I’m obsessed! I originally started going because I felt like my own workout routine started getting repetitive and I was lacking some motivation, but now I genuinely look forward to going each and every time! I know that all I have to do is show up and one of the amazing coaches will guide me through an awesome workout…can’t recommend enough!

I have been a member at Orangetheory Manchester since the doors opened and it was the best decision I’ve ever made. Over the years this place has remained motivational, welcoming and committed to its community. The front of the house and the coaches are exceptional! The Studio Manager, Taylor is always present and kind. I wouldn’t trade this place for anything!

I have never been the most athlete person. I have always tried to go to regular gyms. Just felt boring. I have been a member of OTF for almost a year. I love the exercises, the challenges, the members and the coaches. I feel accomplished after every work out. I highly recommend OTF. Plus, it’s fun that you can visit other OTFs in other states. Everyone should try it! ?

The staff is more than welcoming and creates a true community feeling. If you enjoy a challenging workout that is always different and new I would recommend trying a class out.
