Hardly any costumes at all, including for kids! More accessories for costumes than anything else. It used to have more stuff before!

If I could give 0 star I would. This use to be my go to store for party and costume items but after the customer service or lack of I don't think I will go back. I stopped over the weekend for a few items, one rang up wrong and I mentioned it. The cashier looked at me and said so do you want it? I said not if the price is wrong. By the way the shelf was literally 5 feet away and she could have checked but that would mean actually working. There was a small line forming with only one cashier, yet 5 other employees were gathered at the balloon desk. I have worked retail and can honestly say this was disappointing, do better Party City.

What a frustrating experience at this store yesterday. Multiple items kept ringing up at higher prices and when I told them that wasn’t the price on the shelf, they didn’t even offer to go check and just kept saying “that’s the price it’s ringing up as”. So I left the register myself to go take pictures of the prices and showed them on my phone, and only then did they give me the lower price. After paying, I had a feeling that one other item I purchased was wrong too, and I went back to check and it was. When I asked for a refund of the difference, the cashier kept arguing that the prices were right and the shelves tags just hadn’t been updated yet. But that’s not my problem as a customer. The price on the shelf is what I’m paying. They way they argued with me I felt almost embarrassed for arguing about $1-$2 per item, but that doesn’t matter, it’s money I’m not wasting just because they messed up.

Just came here and there were 5 employees standing around the registers on their phone not acknowledging customers at all. We didn’t even know where to check out. I had to ask and I should’ve have to. Terrible customer service and all of them need to get fired.

They have the standard party supplies as well as some good options for seasonal celebrations (Christmas, Easter, 4th of July, etc.). I have been in this store 4 times and each time I found the staff to be significantly unenthusiastic about working in a party store.

Check dollar tree next to it first, some of the same items are cheaper in dollar tree ;)

I came in last weekend for gender reveal supplies and a balloon for the reveal. The store was extremely busy, and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised with the service I received. Tiffany went above and beyond to help me, and make sure the gender was kept a secret. Nowadays you cannot get good service anywhere as businesses are struggling and can’t get good workers. She probably didn’t think twice about it, but I will forever be grateful for her making our big moment so special! Thank You for going above and beyond!

My son has sensory problems and the sound of balloons being inflated freaks him out .... on of the female employees saw this and told her other employees to stop for blowing balloons up till we were done cashing out
