1/10. Took 5.5 hours to replace one set of brakes and do one oil change. Originally quoted 2.5 hours maximum. Could have done it myself in 2 hours at home. They purposely reset codes and told me that they had gone off, which immediately popped back on when I left. They lied to me about filling my windshield washer fluid? Why lie about something so inconsequential? That makes somebody lose all trust. Furthermore, they failed to apply $80 worth of coupons that I had presented them. Did not realize until I checked the invoice later.

They will not change your tires over to snow tires unless they’re brand new. I don’t understand how anyone would have separate snow tires with this kind of policy. Snow tire changes are 50% of my yearly maintenance, so I will not be returning to this location ever again.

These guys and girls are amazing! They were able to fit me in to get my new tires same day! and they corrected the alignment that another shop messed up. The technician explained everything to me in detail. This shop knows the true meaning of customer service! Thank you!

I had a problem with my splash guard that I had to take a day off from work because I felt unsafe to drive it. It was dragging on the floor, making noises. I came in the store one day and Kareem was able to do a quick fix with zip ties. I’m forever thankful!The people there are not only good to talk to, but tends to put a smile on my face by making laugh. I appreciate that too.

This review is a for an alignment service to give the potential customers a fair evaluation. This location needs better customer awareness, It leaves a lot to be desired as I stood in line for approximately 7-10min and never was greeted. My biggest concern is integrity of the services being provided. My alignment service was/is a disaster. I was never provided a before and after alignment specification sheet showing what was adjusted. Even when asking the service advisor about this a sheet could not be provided. Worst yet is that there is absolutely zero change in the concerns I had for getting the alignment done in first place. Steering is crooked and pulls heavily to the right. (I’m going to reach out to corporate for refund) this location has potential however the customer advisors at this location need better training and some accountability. There was just to many times I was in the waiting room listening to the employees at the counter putting calls on speaker phone (cell phone) and hearing vulgar and inappropriate conversations. Worst part is they were on the phone with other associates to come into work due to staffing errors. So it seems the lack of professionalism is contagious among staff. Just not a great Overall experience.Follow-up (12/28/2023)- Can you make an already bad experience worse? Yes, Kareem absolutely turned a 2 star review into a 1 star let me explain: On 12/27/23 Kareem reached out to me to set up an appointment to perform a "re-do" alignment on my vehicle because of the initial complaint I had about the vehicle feeling like it never was done. I was told that the vehicles suspension components would be checked and an alignment would be performed with the technician driving it first and then again with me in the vehicle to verify completion. I agreed and set the appointment for 12/28/23. Upon my arrival i was greeted by Anthony and my keys were taken. Kareem who was present never even came out to say hi or greet me as this was a customer service repair being done. I was however greeted by the technician Farred who discovered my right rear tire was about 10psi low and insisted that that was the cause of the pull. I asked if we could go on a test drive to verify and Farred declined. So at this point I requested Kareem to speak with me as a commitment was made to me about going on a test drive afterwards. He comes out, tells his service writer to issue a refund. This is were things get spicy. I ask Kareem about the second test drive and he tells me is not happening because the alignment is perfect and the cause was the tire being low on air. hmmmm... I insist on a test drive and explain the experience i had last visit and thats were Kareems fuse decided to blow. He told me that I called him a "lier" because I said I didn't believe the alignment was performed last visit and then points to a spec sheet to show it was in the green. As a bonus he tells me he was reprimanded for his speaker phone usage. Where was this sheet last visit? anyway I immediately identify that this is a retaliatory behavior towards me as he continued to to let me know that his stance on the matter. There isn't room enough on this page to list all that was exchanged but I can assure you that this individual needs retrained. I couldn't imagine Kareem during a performance review. This guy doesn't know how to listen, know what apologizing is, diffusing difficult situations, problem solving and just being empathetic. Kareems ego will be the face of this location until change is made. My hope is that he takes these reviews and makes the necessary changes/adjustments to become a great leader. In the end i did get a refund, but i don't consider this matter resolved/closed. Id gladly pay 200 to keep this matter open and have a one on one with the general manager or owner to discuss in more specific details. Customers- Until Kareem decides to step it up and own his actions, this Manchester location is in murky waters. You may, or may not, get the the exceptional customer experience that P

I had a really great experience at this location. My tire light was on and the guys working were very helpful. They were all very polite and their customer service skills were great. I will be returning to this location if any other vehicle issues come up

Was in search of new tires for my 2000 Honda Accord and the front service representative. Anthony was extremely helpful and able to get me four tires price matched at the lowest possible price great customer Service and installed quickly highly recommend!
