“I don’t usually do reviews but I have to today. My Dtr wasn’t able to get her prescription because there wasn’t a pre authorization and she needed it today. I called the pharmacist and he told me that, I then called the on call Dr who happened to be my Dtr’s Dr and she said she ordered it and didn’t get any flags of no pre authorization. I called the pharmacist back and he said it didn’t go through on his end but it sometimes can take a day and they didn’t have the drug there either. He said he would call the insurance company and see what he could learn from them. He was the only one working there at this time. The pharmacy closed at 2pm and this was at 1pm. When I called him back he hadn’t had a chance to call and took my phone number to call me back when he had any information. In the meantime I called the Dr back to I let her know and she called a different drug in to a different pharmacy that stayed open later. I got a phone call from the pharmacist not much later and he said the insurance company stated we could only get the drug at cvs or through the mail. I am so grateful to the pharmacist for going above and beyond and getting to the root cause!!! Thank you!! ?”
“What can I possibly say that will do this place justice?
Well, let's start with the obvious comparison to CVS or Walgreens. At Manchester Pharmacy, I have never stood in line. They greet me by name, have my medications memorized, and, if I'm picking meds up for my wife, they grab them for me before I even say a word. I'm hesitant to write this review because I worry that if more people in Manchester understood how great this pharmacy is, I might have to stand in line.
Every interaction I've had here has been so respectful. I've been treated like dirt at typical big name pharmacies for the simple audacity of existing and needing the pharmacist's help. I've also had great interactions at those pharmacies. The thing with Manchester Pharmacy is that I never have to wonder which interaction I'll get. It's going to be positive every single time.
This is a local gem. The staff is professional, thoughtful, and kind. They really care about their customers, and the quality of their work shows as much.”
“Absolutely phenomenal staff!!! They always go above and beyond to make managing my many prescription's such a smooth and stress free process. Every interaction is comforting and very welcoming. It is hands down THE BEST pharmacy that I have filled my meds at and would not be changing it unless I am forced out of the state. Thank you for providing such amazing service to the community.”

There were a few hiccups with my Prescriptions on varying occasions but the Pharmacy Manager immediately took control of the situation and found where the problem had occurred and he assured me that it would not happen again. He gave me his word that he would personally be the one to dispense my Medications to ascertain that there would not be any further issues until all other employees were properly instructed by him how to correctly read and fill my Prescriptions. I am very happy with the Exceptional Service that I receive from this Pharmacy.”
“Chaneta was SO helpful and did a ton of legwork with my insurance company which was being very difficult. She got things all straightened out for me. This woman gives 100% at her job and I'm really grateful for her. Give her a raise, I'm begging you!”

“Really like all the people who work there. After awhile they know your name and are as specific about getting everything correct. I would rather wait a bit, nobody wants accidentally getting the wrong prescription. These people have your life in their hands. Good job folks 😀”

“Love this pharmacy they're so helpful and also deliver as well when I have no gas or car issues I hate thebig pharmacies especially cvs all of them never once had a good experience at any cvs and there 3 In my town 1 near my job in a different town and omg Don't go to Walgreens especially the one in colchester CT the pharmacist was awful every time I gave them 3 chances. But west town is so great everyone is super friendly and very helpful n they can deliver if you cant get to your meds”
