Ordered foamboard insulation online and then picked up. Loaded on my trailer and got home and find pieces like this. Why do staff pull crap off the shelves and give it to customers? Can’t they be trained to inspect the items before place it on a pallet? They cost $60 per board so this is really disappointing.

I walked out of Home Depot and ordered from Amazon (Lowe's didn't have what I needed at the time) instead because they only have self checkout available.

Until I don't have to take care of my own products my own price checking and my own ringing out I won't have much of a positive word to say about Home Depot anymore spend thousands of dollars to be pushed aside and act like we're one of their employees it's just not going to happen for me anymore

Needed to replace 12v Milwaukee light, needed 12v rechargeable batteries, couldn't find floor person with cage keys. So I wasn't able to purchase batteries 😟

Needs less than one star. Normally a fan but the rental desk is aweful. Took longer to get help to rent a truck than I needed to use the truck. Multiple employees walked by without even acknowledging I was waiting. The worst service ever from a Home Depot.

I am giving 5 stars for the help I received tonight and for Scot with one T lol he’s always so nice and helpful. The guys in plumbing also helped me find just what I was looking for and weren’t lost as sometimes I have experienced that, but tonight was get in get out, and they were all so kind and helpful!! Also the woman with the short blonde/almost white hair and glasses (sorry I don’t know your name, you’re so sweet and alwyas in a good mood every time I have come & checked out in self checkout) Thanks yall! Keep being awesome <3
