First time renting a space.
Pam was and has been a great help through it all. She showed me the space, and answered all my questions. The place is clean, storage is clean. So far it has been a great experience.

Awful. I requested a drive up unit online and when I went there to put my stuff in it turned to be upstairs across the building (with no real clear directions on how to get there. I called and left a message with the property manager and never got a call back until the next day. I called the customer service number and he was absolutely rude, wouldn’t let me get a word in, and they advertised $1 for the 1st month on the website when I clicked on a 10’x10’ and to call customer service. So, I called and that’s when the guy was rude and told me they don’t have that there’s nothing they could do and so on. He proceeds to keep talking over me and then hangs up on me. I cancelled and went elsewhere that same day.

I want to take the time to acknowledge the front desk lady Pam and the level of care, and professionalism that I received. I’m not exaggerating when I say this but I’ve never had this top tier level of customer service before, I’m talking crème de la crème true authentic customer service. She helped me with a few inquires that I had about my unit and she just went above and beyond my expectations and my experience with her was just so pleasant that I wanted to take the time to write this review. Im a genuinely happy customer at this location, it’s safe, secure, and Pam is just awesome. I absolutely recommend this place for those who are looking for a quality storage and service. As for Pam, I’m not sure her exact title but she deserves to be a partner/owner of this company if she isn’t already because she’s just the real deal.
