Worst furniture experience ever in 40 years.When we purchased the couch we were told it would be delivered in a week. That came and went nobody called the date changed three more times after that it was 2 months past the original delivery time and we finally canceled the couch. A week later I get a text saying they're delivering the furniture the driver showed up I had to send him away. As far as my refund goes they told me it would get mailed to me within 2 weeks I waited 2 weeks and called and they said it was never a processed they would put it in my bank account this time in 2 to 10 days. I'm on day 12 and still no refund for over $1,000. I called the manager today and he gave me an attitude I will never shop there again. Do yourself a favor go somewhere else play screwed up literally everything they possibly could have from start to finish.

I am unsatisfied by my recent experience, regarding my purchase of a sideboard last week . I was promised next-day delivery, yet I did not receive any text or email confirming the scheduled delivery window as stated in your policy.
On the scheduled delivery day, I called the delivery phone number at 8:00 a.m. and again at 11:00 a.m. in an attempt to reach someone. Both times, I left messages and received no return call or update. It is unacceptable that no one has contacted me to confirm delivery or address my concerns.
At this point, I have been waiting far beyond what is reasonable, and your company has failed to provide the service that was advertised and paid for. This reflects a clear lack of reliability and accountability.
I expect an immediate update on the status of my order within 24 hours. If delivery cannot be completed promptly, I expect a full refund without further delay.

Had a 2 day shopping experience for mattress and couches because I was very indecisive. Dragon was an absolute delight and gave me A LOT of information about each piece so I could make the right decision. I didn't feel pressured to buy either which is always nice. Went in Saturday and left with a handful of items I liked in mind and went home to make sure each item would indeed fit my space. Went back Sunday to make a final decision, and Dragon stayed after closing to wrap us up and make sure we had everything we needed. This showroom has a Huge selection, and the clearance section which gives you ample items to choose from. We will definitely be back to purchase from Dragon!

Like the couch I purchased and saleswoman was helpful, however picking up the couch was a mess.
No one seemed to know when I'd be able to pick-up the couch (from the day I purchased it) Had to wait a week from purchase date until it was ready for pickup (due to taking inventory at their Manchester warehouse I believe?). When I was able to finally pick-up, no one answered the phone number listed on the building so took forever to finally find someone on the property who cold assist (as warehouse isn't open to public). Overall, just a messy pick-up experience. Probably will purchase elsewhere in future.

Quick and easy purchase. I went into the store with a couple choices I picked out online. Easy to choose when I saw them in person. Gaye was wonderful, friendly and professional. She did not try to influence my decision. Iām very happy with my chair purchase! šš
