I'm beyond words. In January of 2025 I tried to buy a pair of sneakers that they had one pair in my size, when the employee went to get the second shoe from the back she quickly placed it in the box and rang it up. Thankfully I checked the shoes and one was severely discolored from the other and one appeared to have been used because it was literally dirty, I asked her for a different one but there were no more in that size so I didn't buy them. I went back February of 2025 and tried to buy the same shoes, but again they only had the same pair from my visit in January, with one being the discolored and dirty one. The manager offered me a discount but I declined since one was used and stained. Then the manager offered to order me the shoes so I can get a new pair which I gladly accepted. She a new pair would ship to my home in about a week. A few days later I received the shoes and to my surprise they were the exact ones from the store. One shoe new and clean, one shoe stained, discolored and used. The SAME EXACT pair that I refused to purchase at the store. When I called the store they offered I can bring them back for a refund, when I called their corporate office they said the same thing. I can't believe this is how they run their business. If I could I would leave zero stars, and believe me I will be letting everyone I know about my experience.

A real disaster even though several things have a good price but a mess that one cannot pass through the aisles with so many boxes in the middle and if you are looking for service you cannot find it here, take care of yourself
