TLDR: Don’t go to third party tmobiles, only go to corporate owned.Went in Black Friday just to upgrade my iPhone 12 to 15. They told me if I changed my number, I’d get $830 off. I initially told him no, and the guy assured me they wouldn’t do anything sketchy because I had a bad experience at ATT adding multiple lines to my accounts, that’s why I switched to sprint. They told me all I had to do was call the customer service line and I could cancel the old number, that I’ve had for 8 years, and I’d be good to go. I call and they told me I had to leave the line open for 90 days or I lose the promotion. I’m now paying for two lines but only have one phone because they took my old one as a trade it. My bill went from $75/month to $261. Thank god for the Buckland Hills, corporate owned store, who reviewed my account and got me straightened out. This store however, can shut down.

I highly recommend going to the T-Mobile on Deming Street rather than this one. My experience wasn’t that great at the location on Main Street. When we first arrived, there were no associates in the store. The only worker present was outside smoking a cigarette. He came in after we entered the store and started to assist us. Inside the store had a musty smell and they actually had 2 real candles burning on the shelves. The equipment the worker used kept coming unplugged and would turn off in the middle of the order. Overall I would recommend visiting the store on Deming street, much better atmosphere and the employees were all very knowledgeable.

We had a fantastic experience here. We had to switch carriers since t-mobile has such a great international plan but were met with an amazing experience when we came into the store. Evan and David were incredibly helpful and made our transition very easy.

Amazing experience coming into the location. Sammy made sure that my upgrade was taken care of perfectly. (Accessories Applied, Great Energy, Clear Communication.) Justin was very helpful with information about other phones and how they work. These two have earned a new customer to this location!

The company tried to charge me for insurance claimed phones that got lost in the mail. Without ever having called me I received a $500 bill on Christmas that customer service was then miraculously not able to help me with.

We went to thh Manchester CT store on Main st and Kenneth was absolutely incredible helping us turn on all our devices and set them up; he was very patient with us as we did not know a lot of things that the new devices were capable of, he too the time to show us and we were very appreciative of his services as well as the other clerk's day the joined in and helped him with us which exhibited incredibly well used teamwork skills. I highly recommend this establishment for all your cellular products and services

I wasn't sure they could fix my problem, but they worked hard to solve my issues. They were the most polite, professional, and helpful staff! Dre was calm and focused with intent to solve my problem, which was very reassuring. Brandon was attentive and aided in finding the solution.Thank you all for fixing my problem!

Dre, Adriana, and Brandon were so helpful with transferring my service to a new phone and they were lovely to chat with, too. Parking is a little annoying if you're not used to on-street parking, but like, grow up. I will never visit the Buckland Hills T-Mobile again lmao

Very friendly employees. Stephanie and Dre were extremely helpful and provided excellent customer service. They were able to answer all questions about products and billing.
