They offer a wide variety of classes and services, including puppy kindergarten, Family Dog levels, day school, private lessons, and dog sports like agility and scent work. They also have online classes and specialized courses such as canine conditioning and conformation handling. The trainers are superb, hands-on, and give individual attention. They are helpful, knowledgeable, and gracious, answering questions and giving advice on handling problems at home, in the ring, or with issues like reactivity. The learning style is appreciated, with small class sizes where time is spent with each puppy. Dogs love going there, getting excited for treats and play with friends. The facility is huge, very nice, and includes a great store with good treats and toys that are not overpriced. Additional amenities include an agility field available for members to rent. While training can be a little frustrating at first, it gets easier over time with practice. The consistent advice is to stick it out and not give up, as the results are significant.
