You should really look into the people you rent your trucks too. Its not a good look on home depot when cars almost get run off the road because the person driving isnt capable and switches lanes not looking for people around them!! This happened at around 3:30pm on Jan 31st 2024 on I84 in Manchester CT

Do not buy any appliances from Home Depot! I gave them a second chance and bought a high-end LG dishwasher. It was delivered with a dent which I didn't see with the plastic shield on it. So more than 48 hours later when my electrician installed it, bam! There it is! Do not buy any appliances from Home Depot!

Ordered a brand new Ryobi vacuum cleaner had it sent directly to my house from the store opened the box. It was missing pieces and it was a used item. The vacuum brushes had human hair in them. I'm livid.

I just purchased garage doors from the Manchester Home Depot. I'm telling everyone and anyone I can fine to never go into that store. The worst managers work there. The people on the register are great but the managers could care less on trying to fix our problem I have a Home Depot charge card and I use it very rarely maybe once a year, and after this time, I'm never using it again. I am going to end up going to Lowe's from now on. I'm redoing my house I just purchased so Home Depot is losing a minimum of $10-$20,000 in business.

My daughter purchased appliances at the Home Depot in Manchester. The sales person was very helpful! However, when it came to the delivery...the delivery service never called her and the store manager and customer service manager ...both were very rude to her. The delivery never happened and the store personnel did nothing to apologize or try to keep her as a customer. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Always someone to help. Great selections. Don't like the self checkout I don't get a discount. Plus it takes away jobs.

Tried to rent a box truck. They canceled the order, but still charged me the deposit. It’s been 8 days since we booked the truck, and I still don’t have my money back. We had to rent another truck because we were moving, so so far I’ve been double charged. I have never heard of a company charging you for a service that they didn’t provide, but here we are. Don’t rent a box truck from here. They will steal your money and not refund it. If they didn’t have the truck, that’s fine. But to charge me for a truck that they didn’t have is robbery.

We booked a box truck for moving. 12 hours before we moved, they canceled the truck. We had to call multiple different stores in hopes of finding another. Thankfully, we got another truck. Home Depot still charged me for the truck that they canceled. They are saying 7-10 days to get the money that they STOLE out of my account back. They got their money, for a service they didn't provide, immediately. Up to 2 weeks to get MY money back? Not cool. They shouldn't have put the charge through in the first place. If I charged for services or products that I did not provide that would be fraud and robbery. I will never shop here again.

Bought a room door from one location and went to return it at the Manchester location. I did not have the receipt with me. They asked me for the credit card and they were able to pull the receipt with it from their system. They could not match the sku number. She called a supervisor, then another supervisor; she ASKED ME to go the department and take a picture of the sku. I went and I took a picture of a "Like" product. It was the same price that I paid. They still cou

Had a very bad experience today. It was very busy and all of the carts were being used. I found a cart that had some small broken pallet boards on it and a partial sheet of broken drywall on it. I asked the customers standing nearby if it was there's and they said no. I took the items off the cart and set them against the shelf. At that moment, a male associate yelled at me and said "you are not to take stuff off that cart". I told him it was trash and I needed the cart. He said "if you want a cart, then you need to go to the parking lot to get one". I went to the parking lot and waiting for a cart to become available. If I wasn't there with my daughter picking up something specific she wanted, I would have left.

If this store's management and customer service was set to a heart monitor it would be flatlined. Never have I had such a runaround for a simple return and actually requested an exchange. The "manager" was non existent and the girl who allegedly called the manager was totally inconvenienced by my persistence. I was sent to tool rentals twice. Still trying to sort that brush off since that guy was great and it obviously wasn't within his purview. Horrible customer service. I asked to speak with the manger but my request was ignored and I do have a life to attend to. Still wondering how the battery operated leaf blower I was trying to exchanged was referred to as, a "gas powered electric blower." Morons. Never again and I'm cancelling my Home Depot credit card. Lowes only from here on in.

I'm having a terrible experience with Home Depot in general. Bought appliances back in July. They were delivered in October. I realized that the microwave was way too big for our kitchen so I took it to the Manchester store to replace it. Since it was an online order I thought it could be replaced anywhere. Customer service "did" the return and I bought a smaller one. 4 weeks later - the return was still not processed. Called customer service and was told I had to go back to the store. Went back to the customer service at the store and was told to go back to appliances. When at appliances was told to go back to the front of the store. The head of customer services told me that the return shouldn't have been done here as it was a different store number on the receipt. I asked why it was accepted here then. No one knew. She was going to watch the camera to make sure I actually returned it, even tho I had the receipt in my hand. She then went to appliances and found the one that I had returned since it was still on the shelf with my name on it from my order. I was told to take it back to the other store and "good luck". I was also told that based on the town I live in, I should always go to the Glastonbury store. I told them I'm actually closer to the Manchester store so that doesn't make sense. At one point there was a line behind me and about 4-5 people in customer service just standing around doing nothing instead of helping customers.

Very convenient place to rent rarely used power tools. They are super helpful and will help you load and unload. The Home Depot app is also super convenient as it keeps track of inventory and lets you know how many of a particular tool they have, or if you have to look in a neighboring store.
