I came here today to pierce my daughters ear she is 3 in half months … went to give my baby a shower when we got home and realized her back piece was missing and her ear was pierced so bad my poor baby I’ll be back first thing in the morning smh

I visit Banter Piercing at Buckland Hill Mall in Manchester CT May 24, 2023 to get some piercing work done. I was very happy with the professional service I received from Brooke and Risnona. I was also impressed with their professional teamwork throughout the complete piercing process including customer education on how to maintain my new piercings. Out of a rating of 1 thru 5 - 5 being the best I give them a 5 plus.Visiting from another State customer:David Johnson

Brooke was excellent. What made her excellent? I went to the mall looking for a gold necklace and a ring. I stopped at some locations to look at some pieces but wasn’t greeted. Nothing turns me off from buying than someone that shows they don’t want to sell or assumes I don’t have the money to buy. On my way out, we stopped at the Banter across from Dick’s. We were immediately greeted by Brooke. She had a welcoming personality and friendly demeanor. We ended up spending about $2,300 and I’d happily go back to see Brooke for more. I wish I could say the same for the other Banter employees that work in that mall. Lianna was the complete opposite. I went back to inquire about a 10% off deal that was being offered on the Banter website. Lianna has the idea that as a customer I’m somehow responsible for the store’s sales metrics. She stated “you’re killing my store.” Really? A 10% discount is killing the store? She went on to say that I should’ve checked online before buying at the store. She seems to lack sound logic. I told her if I’d seen it were cheaper online I would’ve ordered online and the store would’ve gotten nothing. I also apologized for ‘killing her store’ but reminded her that we’re not friends and I’m under no obligation to not ask for the 10% discount which equated to over $240. I then told her that if I asked her if she had a choice of paying more or less for an item if she’d choose to pay more, unless she’s just rich like that. In the end, I got the 10% off because she finally deduced that that was better than issuing an entire return, which should’ve been obvious from the beginning. Common sense isn’t so common these days. Must be the hair dye seeping into her brain. In summary, Brooke was great and Lianna was terrible. That’s where the 3 stars come in, right in between 5 and 1.

The lady did such an awful job on my piercing and it was so uneven. I ended up taking it out and now I have to wait for it to heal so I can go somewhere else to get it re-pierced
